Alright! Back to this old thing (Like a month old?) This was gonna be my for real project until it got sidelined with MAHR.

I’m working on this during the MAHR hiatus to loosen up and get my speed up again. MAHR made me a little pedantic and finicky.

Of course the other thing slowing me down was taking preventative measures against art theft. But you guys know all about that.

Cold Pt 4 ~ 10K/Reader

“I don’t want to talk,” 10K growled out uncharacteristically, “We need to find her.” 10K threw a fist towards the side of the truck, a loud bang ringing out through the silence. A visible dent could be seen in the metal as Addy rushed to 10K’s side, taking his fist in her hands partly to assess if there was any damage, partly to stop him repeating the action. 10K huffed and tried to pull away, unsuccessfully.

“10K, we’ll find her.” Addy spoke softly.

“He could be doing anything to her.” 10K’s jaw was tense.

“Oh, boo hoo. Big deal, Kid. Can we go and actually look for some food now? I’m famished-” Murphy backed off in shock as 10K lunged himself towards him, his fists outstretched once more. Doc, Addy and Vasquez moved forward to stop him, holding a struggling 10K between themselves. 

“10K, 10K. We’re going to find Y/N. You need to think, where did she say she spent most of her time with these guys?” Warren came towards 10K, who seemed to immediately calm down as he tried to collect his thoughts.

“She said they always stayed in the woods, isolated spots.” 10K’s breath was still heavy.

“Which is basically everywhere in this state.” Murphy deadpanned, Warren turned and shot him a look which instantly made him back himself in to the truck more.
