Types Of Kisses (w/ Baizhu, Childe, Dainsleif, Thoma)

Baizhu: Gentle kisses. Maneuvering around eachother at the pharmacy, only pausing for him to plant a soft kiss on your forehead. His hand finds the back of your neck, pulling you into him so he can kiss your face gently. It's a small, silent 'I love you' in the middle of a busy day. His gentle eyes looking at you from across the room beckoning you for another silent 'i love you'.

Slow and passionate kisses. The moment you two have an actual moment to yourselves, his hands are holding your face and making sure he has your full attention before kissing you. His lips soft and gentle against yours, you can even slightly taste some herbs on his tongue. His hands always move to your hair, toying with the tresses and tugging on them gently. If time permits it, he'll tug your top down to expose your shoulder and kiss down the skin to leave marks for only him to find.

Childe/Tartaglia: Playful kisses. He's the type to cover your eyes and have you guess who's behind you. It's always him and you know that but you like to play along and sometimes for shits and giggles you answer with someone else's name. When he shakes his head disapprovingly, he'll peck your lips sweetly. Other than that, he likes peppering your face in kisses as he tickles you and makes you laugh. Your laughter is his favorite thing in the whole world, so on a day to day basis he just keeps the affection light and sweet.

Playful kisses don't just stay wholesome, chasing you to the bedroom with laugh before pinning you to the wall. He likes making things a game up until he catches you. His smile turns slightly sinister before kissing you deeply, thigh wedging between your legs as he pulls your hair to expose your neck.

Dainsleif: Goodbye kisses. When you're out and about, it'll be a miracle if he pulls you to the side for a kiss. It's incredibly rare. With all he's been through, the worst fear in his life is losing more people he loves. So when you are about to go your seperate ways for whatever, he pulls you to the side and looks you in your eyes. His hands holding your face and stroking the skin before telling you to be safe and kissing your forehead/lips/cheek. He also likes to remind you that if you need him, he'll be right there.

Feverish kisses. When he needs you, he absolutely needs you. Kissing you like his life force depends on it. Walking you backwards and pressing you into the nearest surface. Every emotion he has is put into kissing you, savouring you. His hands map out your body to make sure he never forgets a single curve or bump.

Thoma: Sneaky kisses. Thoma loves to steal a kiss while he's working, pulling you to the side behind a corner to kiss your lips quickly and then get back to work. The kisses leave him giddy the rest of the day and the more he manages to steal from you, the more he can't stop smiling. He thinks it's just so fun to do almost like it's a game to see if you can kiss without getting caught.

Gentle kisses. In contrast to how he is around others. When it's just the two of you, he treats you like glass. Not kissing you too roughly to show you how much he cherishes you. He smiles alot inbetween kisses, pausing to look at you only to smile even more. He kisses down your body with the same energy, taking time to make sure you feel cherished.

Floyd(8): *Pops into view, flashing his teeth* H!!

Bedo: *Gasps, freezing as his eyes closed*

Jade(8): Floyd, you scared him...

Floyd: *Pokes Bedo curiously*

Jade: *Grabs Bedo, pushing him to the surface*

Jade: Of course! Come on, we should start hunting now!

Bedo: O-OKAY! *Dives after them, following the two eel mermans*

Jade: By the way, I'm Jade, he's Floyd...

Bedo: I-I'm Bedo!

Floyd: Welcome to the family, Bedo!!

Bedo: *Smiles slightly, holding Jade's hand*

Bedo(17): *Swims full speed after a small group of fish, his eyes narrowed*

Jade(17): Go Bedo!

Floyd(17): Ehehe! He's doing so well!

Bedo: *Swerves around the fish, causing several to bump into him*

Bedo: *Grabs the stunned fish, biting their heads off immediately*

Jade: *Laughs, coming over* Lunch!

Floyd: Awesome! *Grins widely as Bedo passed him and Jade a fish*

Bedo: *Floats closer to Jade, sticking by him*

Jade: Shall we return? We can share with Azul

Floyd: Yeah, yeah, let's go~

Bedo: *Swims after Jade, keeping close to his tail*

???: *Peeks out, her eyes widening* Bedo...?

yandere!kalim (post-scarabia arc), for me, is someone who you first deem as an extroverted acquaintance who also happens to be your upperclassman. He yearns to be closer to you, so he does it in the way he knows best; socialization. It's not even noticeable at first - how he slowly worms his way into your inner social circle. You just suddenly acknowledge one day that after class, it's not just the hearshackle trio waiting for you at the entrance of the classroom, but the scarabia housewarden is also there, too.

And it's nothing unusual. nothing to think too much about, really. who doesn't like being kalim's friend? he's energetic, he's optimistic, and he's just so, so nice. he often comes across as naive, sure, but that's just the surface level of him as a person. plus it's hard not to be pulled into his gravitational pull, and who are you to deny a budding friendship?

As the friendship grows and your bond with him strengthens, so too do his feelings. And with less than platonic feelings, a new emotion he hasn't felt before is introduced; envy. It's not an obvious emotion that he shows at first. but when he treks back to scarabia (with jamil trailing a few steps behind) after an afternoon spent with you (and your heartslabyul friends)... kalim feels a green-eyed monster taking form underneath his skin. he is envious of how close you are to the other dorms, he envies your first-year best friends, and he's so envious of how he wasn't the first housewarden you formed a bond with.

it's fine to feel this way, right? there's nothing wrong with jealousy, it's a part of life!

still, he can't bear to stand the constant prickling sensation in his beating heart when he sees people get closer to you. his shiny glazes over and his sunny smile drops into a straight line. it's uncanny to see him this way.

even more so, when he snaps back to how he usually acts after he's successfully detached you from the student you were interacting with.

sigh... this is my first time paneling comics, doing a small drabble writing for this, AND drawing kalim pls don't bully me </3

MC: Yes. But still...

Crowley: ...

Crowley: Prefect, you should go back to Ramshackle and rest. I'll let your teachers know you need the day off.

MC: *nods* Yeah. I should do that.

Ace: Huh? Where's MC?

Grim: They went back to Ramshackle. *frowns* I wanted to go back too, but Trein and Crewel said no.

Deuce: Well, you have no reason to skip.

Grim: But Hench-human wasn't even sick!

Ace: Yeah, yeah. We get you.

Deuce: We should ask them later to know what happened.

MC: *rechecks the ancient text, only to discover new words that shatter all their hopes*

Death came for you—but your heart still beats. Your lungs still gasp. This place cradles you now, a hollow solace for what you’ve lost. That yearning in your chest? The dream of home? It will never be anything more. You are trapped here.

MC: *tears begin to fall—slow, silent, inevitable—as the truth settles like a stone in their chest*

*Ace, Deuce, and Grim exchanged confused glances why MC hadn't come to open the door yet.*

Ace: Don't tell me they're asleep?

Deuce: It's still quite early for them to do that.

Grim: *pounding the door with both paws* Hey, hench-human! Open up!

*The door opens.*
