Sir David Suchet shares an amusing fan encounter story from the set of Agatha Christie’s Poirot in Hastings, East Sussex - BFI Q&A, November 12 2013

“‘Oh!’ she said, apparently satisfied, and set off on her away again, only to stop once again moments later. 'Thank you for choosing Hastings,’ she said, with a gentle wave, and she set off up the street away from me. Even as I remember that day now, it brings a tear to my eye. It was so touching, and seemed to reflect exactly how much ordinary people really seemed to care about the little Belgian, even if he was entirely the product of Dame Agatha’s imagination.” - David Suchet, Poirot and Me

Fun small details about Wolf from Puss in Boots 2

(spoilers for Puss in Boots The Last Wish)

You can see him in the Background of the crowd (about 7:10) when Puss is fighting the Giant

Fun Small Details About Wolf From Puss In Boots 2

As Puss recounts his deaths he's there again literally around the corner of the number cards

Fun Small Details About Wolf From Puss In Boots 2

In the bar fight right before first blood, you can see the kill tally on the sickles way before the character points it out later.

Fun Small Details About Wolf From Puss In Boots 2

Wolf/Death shows up again right after Puss brags to the crowd, he puts the coins in his eyes not just to look creepy but as a reference to the Greek tradition of putting coins over the eyes of the dead

Fun Small Details About Wolf From Puss In Boots 2

When Death shows up in the Dark Forest, it's after members of the Baker's Dozen have started to die around Puss. Going by fairytale rules I don't think that Wolf/Death would be able to find Puss without death in Perrito's version of the Dark Forest.

Also in the cave it's funny that the Puss who died cheating at cards is the one to call out Death for cheating by coming to kill Puss himself instead of waiting for him to die naturally.

If you haven’t read Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, you really REALLY should.

It has:

a missing Antichrist

a bookish angel with an obsession for tartan

a angel who did not so much fall as saunter vaguely downwards

a Bentley cursed with Queen

terrified houseplants

aliens…
