I've already talked about the possibility of Chase turning into a key at some point in the story before. Now, in case that happens, one of the main questions we should wonder about is "When and how is he gonna get turned?"

We'll ignore the "how" part now, since we don't know what's possible and what's not yet but we'll get back to it at some point. Maybe another post? Anyway, as for the "when" part, I'd say that he'll get turned in season 2, and most likely before his 18th birthday.

Apparently Chase had been 17 since the beginning of the story. He just says that he's 18 because he's less than a month away from being officially an adult. Why do I think he'll get turned before he reaches 18?

Nox did say that adulthood is a place Chase will never go in ep30. Adulthood starts at 18. I definitely believe this is just one of Nox's sarcastic comebacks but in case it really stands for something deeper, I'd say that it's that Chase is gonna get turned eventually during July.

I wonder if the theory about the humans that were turned into keys not aging while in key form is true.

Chase and the keys!

Alright, it's time to say it. I think Buddy is the villain key, or at the very least villain key adjacent.

Evidence?

1. Keys can go into books using other keys

2. Buddy always knows the story of any book he enters, even though Chase and Deacon are the ones picking books. Keys also know the story upon use/entry.

3. Buddy pauses before calling Violet his key. You see this in the Japanese arc when he is surprised his hair is styled. "oh my...Key... Changed it." Why the pause? Was he perhaps about to say 'sister' instead?

4. From Punko's YouTube we learn that keys have ages. Vilot being among the older ones and bronze being younger. We also know Goldie is older than silver. Meaning we can assume the order goes something like:

Hero, villian, heroine, villainess..

Etc.

Making the villain key, key number two which is the number on Buddy's shirt in dreams by night.

5. Punko has also said in her YouTube that Buddy's name would be revealed, that she isn't going to spoil it, but that it is a big deal. Yes, we all want his name, BUT The only story centric reason his name is a big deal is of it's an obvious key name.

6. Keys love junk food. Buddy goes crazy over chocolate.

7. In silvers dream, her family ask her, "Where did they take him?"

8. For fellow fast passers, we see Buddy shares another trait of the keys in the Halloween arc in the castle basement.

Adorable Polar Bear Plays in Flower Fields

Canadian photographer Dennis Fast took advantage of his stay at the Canadian lodge Churchill Wild in Manitoba to capture this rare sight. Popularly known for its proximity to polar bears, Fast took snapshots of an adorable polar bear playing among the fireweed field. The bear is seen rolling among the lush field, as well as eating some of the stunning plants.

Polar bears are known to be one his favorite subjects, which he captures on ground level, unlike other photographers.His main objective as an artist is to capture wildlife sceneries and adventures, which are rarely experienced by others.
