When your ship is underrated(canon or not)/not popular enough in fandom/the lack of fics centered ONLY your ship, so you forced yourself to read the fic which the 'canon character is shipped with reader / 'y/n' / OC'. Then,you try to imagine the reader / 'y/n' / OC as the other canon character who you ship with the character in the fic.

Gotta eat anything that fuel your shipper's need,right?

Edit: this dilemma always happen to shippers that ship male x female characters. (rarepairs or not).
