I fucking love the idea of Astarion helping Gale realize how incredibly fucked Mystra is. Cause of all people, the spawn shunned by the gods despite his desperate prayers, would understand the pain that comes with a goddess you thought you could trust turning her back on you. Cause what Mystra asks if Gale under the guise of “forgiveness” is insane and really shows how she doesn’t love Gale the way he so clearly loved her. Just two traumatized boys finding love and growth with each other <3

okay but wyll being extra cautious about relationships in part because mizora's literally spying on his life through the sending stone that is his prosthetic eye.

who wants to expose their lover to that, or risk being vulnerable when you know your abuser is watching your every move? and wyll with his admitted dreamer's heart, getting misty-eyed over mermaids as a boy, brave and generous and warm as a man, seven years under mizora's yoke but still aching for a fairytale romance.... esjfjsk;

Presumably Baylan has absolutely zero clue that Ahsoka is very familiar with the Mortis Gods. Like, can you imagine him mentioning he’s searching for them or at least something associated with them, and Ahsoka is all “oh yeahhh I remember meeting them. Bad trip. Pretty weird people, lots of issues. The Son literally killed me and now I possess the life force of the Daughter. Her owl pops in from time to time.” And Baylan is like “. . . you what.”
