It didn’t take much to figure out how to work the little sub. As Jeff hurtled Four down the runway towards the blue freedom of the sea, he winced. He knew what his Gordon would say about calling Four the little sub. He was pretty sure the other Gordon would feel the same.
I’m sorry, Gordon, he thought, not quite sure which aquanaut he was apologising to more. But I can’t stay here anymore.
Plunging into the water, Jeff activated the ballast control and adjusted the hydroplanes to send the sub down, down, down.
“Alright,” he thought. “Part one of plan is complete. Now to figure out part two…”
He had shut off the comm. system to keep the fury of the elder Jeff Tracy away. The younger Jeff couldn’t blame him. I’d react in exactly the same way myself. But he did need to activate the comm. because, in this strange world, he had only one friend - although friend was likely too strong a term in reality.
Jeff’s fingers lingered over the controls as he steeled himself for the ire that was to come.
He pressed the button.

Pleiades: The Seven Sisters Star Cluster : Have you ever seen the Pleiades star cluster? Even if you have, you probably have never seen it as large and clear as this. Perhaps the most famous star cluster on the sky, the bright stars of the Pleiades can be seen without binoculars from even the depths of a light-polluted city. With a long exposure from a dark location, though, the dust cloud surrounding the Pleiades star cluster becomes very evident. The featured exposure covers a sky area several times the size of the full moon. Also known as the Seven Sisters and M45, the Pleiades lies about 400 light years away toward the constellation of the Bull (Taurus). A common legend with a modern twist is that one of the brighter stars faded since the cluster was named, leaving only six of the sister stars visible to the unaided eye. The actual number of Pleiades stars visible, however, may be more or less than seven, depending on the darkness of the surrounding sky and the clarity of the observer’s eyesight. via NASA
From the first time Teddy ever saw a color photo of his mom, he’d kept it that way. For the first couple of months after that, his whole head looked like he’d stuck it in a cotton candy machine. Some people tried to say something about it (mostly muggles who couldn’t believe someone would let their seven year old do that with their hair), Harry and Ginny ‘politely’ ignored them. Even after he started experimenting with different colors to find something he liked and that felt like him, there was always some part of his hair (roots, tips, one whole half of his head, or even just a single little strip somewhere only really he knew about) that stayed bright pink in his mother’s memory.
(McGonagall nearly broke down in tears his seventh year when Teddy walked in sporting light brown hair. The only way you could tell it wasn’t Remus was the random bits of pink streaked everywhere.)
Still my favorite story from the Lord of the Rings set: Viggo Mortensen bonded so much with the horse he rode in the movies that after filming was over he bought it from its owner. If that doesn’t warm your heart I don’t know what could.

How about we let women have control of our own bodies, instead of little dicked fuckers like them decide for us. When men can get pregnant and have their own babies, then they can have their say, but until then, they can go get fucked by a piranha.
Wtf most women don’r even know they are pregnant at 6 weeks. This is violence.
