Most feminists didn't want that actually, yet because of feminist efforts, we could if we wanted to. Yeah of course pessimism is understandable and I am aware of this, but making pessimism into an ideology and basically giving up is kind of useless. Yes it is getting worse in some aspects for now, but overall it's been getting better in many places due to feminist activism.
