I don't know if you can tell, but before i chose architecture as my college major, i wanted to do industrial design (automotive design).
Most architects focus more on sustainable design/POSTMODERN, I mean it's nothing wrong with that, but the thing about it is their designs look the same. mostly glass based, all white buildings, (the minimalistic look). COME ON. Now they criticize architects for deconstructivism, with Form Follows Function: The principle is that the shape of a building or object should be primarily based upon its intended function or purpose. Purism: A return to clear ordered forms and shapes. Truth To Materials: holds that any material should be used where it is most appropriate, and its nature should not be hidden. CRAP!!!
