Being a teenager today means an internet addiction, mindlessly scrolling through anything and everything you can find. Being a teenager today means growing up in a society where you can’t go outside anytime you want, or something could happen to you. I crave to just be a teenager in the sense that me and my friends just go to random restaurants to hang out. Being stupid in a playground before we need to go home. Having picnics in a park. Going to each others houses to gossip and dance in pjs. Maybe it’s just where I’ve grown up that prevents me from doing these things but I just want to have the experience my parents and older siblings were able to have
