A guy who smokes weed for chronic joint pain has found a dealer that sells customers pre-rolled blunts, but due to the pain he never makes it to the goods before the dealer has sold all the good ones off the top, so he's left with the crappy ones - the dealer knows that he'll buy them anyway because even if it doesn't stop the pain, it's still easier to deal with that when he smokes.
