oficially 1 month since i relapsed
slowly but surely seeing some changes and going back to my skinny self 💓
i gained weight thats why im inactive lol
and i haven't lost a single gram???
heyy 💗✨️ today my vacation is over and my classes are finally back, i'm starting the 7th semester of college and med school in Brazil lasts 6 years, so i'm officially on the second half of my studies 🥳
by the way, i made my lunches for the week (: each one has 167kcal and 24g of protein

140g of chicken breast, 30g of tomato extract and 30g of light ricotta cream (255kcal and 43g of protein)
edit: i dont count the calories for seasonings/stuff i add for taste because if i'm only eating one meal the least i can do is make it taste good - so i used a splash of worcestershire sauce, ~1tsp of ketchup, ~1tsp of mustard, salt, garlic powder and black pepper (it tastes amazing i recommend trying this recipe 😋)
in my mind my back is looking super strong
i'm beginning to be scared of 0kcal soda 🫠🫠🫠 (at least i'm not scared of sugarfree redbull)
