• pre work out:
palm heart pie and an espresso - they gave me a sugar cookie but i didn't eat it (204kcal and 5g of protein)
• dinner:
100g of frozen strawberries and 25g of white chocolate flavored protein powder - 15g for the ice cream and 10g for the cream on top, i mixed it with water and it tastes amazing (137kcal and 20g of protein)
total: 397kcal and 25g of protein

me, 44 hours into a fast, seeing a bulimic patient and after the appointment my colleagues were talking about how eating disorders are so sad, especially when someone relapses a lot, and i just stood at the corner like ...yeah... terrible.. so sad !
