It's the herbs, all medicine cats smell nice but like, in different ways.

Yellowfang is cut grass and catming, while Cinderpelt (though she's not an actual medcat in this au) smells faintly of a mixture of herbs.

Tigerfoot smells like cut pines and flowers, I also imagine this is what happens when Fireheart comes to realize who in Thunderclan smells that nice (boy was avoiding Tigerfoot in Into the Wild like the plague)
