A lot of harm could have been avoided if trans activists didn't bully medical and psychological professionals out of doing their job. "Everyone who says they're trans, is trans and should be believed." Well, no. They could be socially influenced They could have emotional problems and trauma They could have body image issues They could be autistic They could be facing adolescent fears and pressures re sex and gender They could have a sexual fetish They could have a pushy parent and be a victim of munchausen by proxy They could need anti-psychotic drugs and mood stablizers They could have a neurological problem that has altered their perception. They could be depressed, BPD, anxious, avoidant, narcissistic Genuinely why did activists just say words they pulled out of their ass and doctors responded with "well, ok" with no further research. That was insane.

It's crazy to me how many aspects of beauty culture are LITERALLY toxic. Like, nail polish has a lot of harmful substances that cause long term health effects in salon technicians. Fake eyelashes (eyelash extensions for sure, idk about the ones you just stick on) are glued to your eyelid with glue containing formaldehyde, a carcinogen. So many makeup products have been found to have heavy metals like lead because there is virtually no regulation. And that's not even getting into the issues with eating disorders or plastic surgery

If you see no connection between a trend of young women willingly identifying with sexist stereotypes following a movement that pushed to define womanhood as sexist stereotypes and also shut down criticism women doing shit that perpetuated sexism as "their choice", that's okay, you can keep living in your land of willful ignorance. I'll continue having fun in the real world where we do observe things like "reality" and "obvious connections".

She's not "celebrating her sexuality" she's objectifying herself for the sake of male sexuality. Ask yourself, when straight male performers want to "celebrate their sexuality" on stage or in music videos, do they put on little booty shorts and a crop top? Do they cake their faces in makeup and shave their legs? No, they dress comfortably, and bring out women who are attractive to them dressed all degradingly. So I guess to answer your question, she can express her sexuality in a less male-gazey way by dressing comfortably, and letting the men parade around the stage half naked in degrading little outfits.
