Swan princess wip!!
Ive been developing some characters for my creative writing class and I really stuck to this one. Her name is Aspen and shes a german ballerina from ww1. She ends up in a theater house where she has to perform her late twin sister's role as White Swan. I really adore the ballet and the inspired princess story. I feel the symbolism and connections to those productions really connects to Aspen's role as a character.
Beautiful, quiet swan by day and just a human girl at night. Omg ive spent so much time on this painting already omg.

I've had this sitting around as a sketch for awhile, finally had time to finish it! Hoping to do more mythology illustration this year.
I hate this fucking manga how am I supposed to have a life and write essays about shit when I sit down start to think and all that comes to mind is some gay little toilet freaks istg it’s a hard knock life
I really wasn't expecting much with my light little MDD comic. I really appreciate the attention it got. Mental health is hard, and sadly a lot of it depends of resources. I am incredibly thankful for my situation, although not ideal, still very fortunate with the opportunities I am given. However, dont give up hope. Every situation is different. As someone who has been through a ton of shit, getting kicked out twice, living mostly independently, health issues, and taking an excessive amount of high school classes; despite my situation working against me, there are still free resources out there and people willing to help. Input is your greatest asset. Inform yourself and find out ways to make your present situation more bearable. Create better opportunities for yourself. You want to eventually get a job? Sometimes your first step is putting on your shoes when you get up. Then as you build those small opportunities, soon you're volunteering to build experience. You now have connections, and you now have a resume. Things come with time and subtle change. If something isn't working pivot and figure out something different. You can only change what you can control. Change how you react. That is the best way to establish self respect. React in a way that's beneficial to your body.

Right now i have no plans to add any of the characters from the miraculous series! I am using almost entirely the cast of jshk haha. The only relevant character im creating is Teru’s father
