Silver!
It's the end of the year and I need to make some more charitable donations. Could you suggest a few good organizations?
Hey! Its so nice that you're willing and able to do this. I'll recommend some that I have personally used/donated to: Islamic Relief: I donate to their efforts every year. They're raising for Palestine, Yemen, Philippines, Afghanistan and so much more. I like their level of transparency, especially around the operational issues in getting aid to places like Palestine and how they prepare for such scenarios.
E-sims for Gaza: Israel has cutoff all internet, cellular, and landline services in Gaza. This has made communication in/out of Gaza extremely difficult and so Mirna El-Helbawi decided to set up this amazing program to get e-sims in the hands of journalists and people so they can maintain comms with the outside world. I have personally sent numerous e-sims and suggest Simly's app. Its super easy to use and you can have insight into when the e-sim is activated and used. Note: please read the instructions in the link before purchasing/sending the qr code. SAPA: The Sudanese American Physicians Association directly operates hospitals on the ground in Sudan. They offer essential/life saving healthcare services on the ground as well as an amazing hunger relief program. They're also very transparent and have been operating on the ground since the 90s.
Save the Children, Friends of the Congo, and World Food Program are some other great/trusted charities to donate to.
37 people were illegally detained in Bellingham, Washington for the ‘crime’ of speaking Spanish. This is so fucking inhumane and cruel

Hello, I am Heba Al-Anqar, 21 years old, a university student. My university was suspended due to the war. I am writing about my family: my father Bakr (54 years old), my mother Alaa (46 years old), and my sisters Aya (18 years old), Amal (15 years old), Muhammad (13 years old), and Maryam (8 years old). We have faced many challenges in this war, from the destruction of our home to the famine we continue to suffer in northern Gaza.
My father suffers from heart problems. He had open-heart surgery when he was 36 years old. He also suffers from cartilage problems. He had his pelvic joint replaced about two years ago, in addition to other health problems. He cannot work due to his health condition.
My mother also suffers from asthma and shortness of breath, in addition to the difficulty of obtaining treatment due to the conditions and the war.
This is our house, which was destroyed by war
We have become homeless in places of refuge, in addition to the difficulty of obtaining medicine, food, and daily expenses
I created this account to request your help in this difficult ordeal by donating to meet the necessary needs, as we were relying on social assistance before the war.
My goal is to help my family live in safety and provide the necessary necessities for living, as there is a high cost of living and difficulty in obtaining necessities. We ask for your help in leaving the Gaza Strip to save my family’s life. The cost of travel is $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child, in addition to travel and accommodation expenses of $500 per month.
Together, we can support Heba and her family through this ordeal. Your donation, no matter how big, can make a difference in my family's life to get life and start a new life
If you are looking to support Heba and her family, please consider providing assistance directly or through relevant charitable organizations.
We've been more active on kin/alter blogs... we should really make a caard & pinned 🤔

8. Which headmate has the most specific role?
That's me, Ace. I front when we need to get our butt into bed. The others tend to lose track of body needs, and falling asleep is easy for me.
12. What headmate was the biggest surpise?
Emmy, hands down. We couldn't even blame hyperfixation, really, he simply crashed into our head at random. He was actually one of the strongest factors in us coming to terms that we were a system. (We knew something was up, but he really rebelled whenever we tried to convince ourselves that we were faking) so... double wammy surprise.
15. What headmate has the weirdest (/pos) way of talking/typing?
Hah! That'd be Dusty or Metal! Dusty likes to revert to l33t speak sometimes while Metal almost always communicates through 2000's emotes.
system, 32, they/them this is our follow back blog. dm or ask for our system blogs.
