You felt the tranquillity of your subconscious.

The loud silence engulfed you and the air felt fuzzy. You knew you were asleep. You knew that you were not in fact in a pizzeria in what looked like Chicago.

After you had a few minutes of drinking in your surroundings, you felt the air shift. The air buzzed and power radiated through it. You knew who it was. You could feel his presence anywhere. Even though the two of you had only met on a few rare occasions, you could recognise that pull, that feeling anywhere. You were also in one of his favourite places. Something you learnt from the few words the two of you had conversed.
