For the first time since mid 90s I am down to about 190 lbs. Loving it. Not even working out. The life as a ranch hand is awesome. I am eating mote consistently but better meats and lots of veggies, beans and rice. Next is the 180s. Haven't been there since about '91

Would be amazing to fix that place up and maybe add a little on to it
