Why:
I am intent on willing spring into existence! I am also absolutely against wearing any heavy wool skirts, pants or sweaters anymore. So out comes my summer collection. Tights, cardigans and layers are my segue into warmer weather.

Work, shopping, extracurriculars?
Why:
Because I went out last night. I need to do a little spring shopping and rearrange my closet. The next month or so is the hardest to pick out the right thing. On one hand, you wake up to the light and songbirds. On the other, its still only 43 degrees out. Dressing for the high temp makes no sense if you are only outside to and from the office (and maybe a mad dash for lunch). So the balance? Layers and bright colors. I’m also keeping my eyes open for some fun printed tops and flowy skirts (thrifting only).
