I put the snippets of Beautiful Ghosts together and I can already tell it’s the song of the century
Friendly reminder not to go see the new Fantastic Beasts movie in theater or on a streaming service!! All your doing is supporting a Terf if you do so, and saying that you think a stupid movie matters more than actual trans people and their rights :)) (and before any of you fuckers open your mouth I’m pretty sure shes actively involved in politics and basically runs a smear campaign against trans people on twitter)
fuck JKR
If you DO want to see it at LEAST consider donating an equal or higher amount to a trans or queer charity or just pirate it
Have a nice day
If I had to define Taylor Swift with one word it would be grateful💖
Taylor has been consistently genuinely grateful from the start of her career. She takes pictures with every single dancer - not a group pic - because she's grateful. She does free meet and greets before and after every concert, and before every album (secret sessions) because she's grateful. She has special guests because she's grateful. She interacts with swifties here because she's grateful. She did swiftmas because she's grateful. She is so fucking grateful all the time.
People gave Taylor a lot of crap for the whole surprise face and for her kindness saying it was fake but have you seen homegirl in movies? She's not a good actress. Dont attack me, it's the truth. And what really warms my heart about this AMAs is that Taylor thought after the KimYe thing she wouldn't be able to do music ever again. SHE THOUGHT SHE WOULDNT DO MUSIC AGAIN. Do you think she even thought about being artist of the decade? Hell no. I think every award she got after that has been a genuine surprise to her and I LOVE THAT.
She deserves it so much💚
Pride and Prejudice (2005) is a timeless classic because the line “i’m 27 years old, i’ve no money and no prospects. i’m already a burden to my parents and i’m frightened” is as relevant today as when she published pride and prejudice in 1813 😭
I get that Ricky Gervais has presented as a trash person in the past and I get that I don’t entirely understand why because most of his trash moments happened basically right before or on the precipice of me becoming a part of the internet, so no, I don’t know slash understand everything horrible he’s done or said, and no, that won’t stop me from deciding for myself whether or not he’s the kind of guy to ignore even when he’s making a good point, or the kind of guy I feel I should listen to. I know everyone’s ready to send me All the Good Points on why I should Love/Hate this dude, and eventually I’ll figure it out for myself, thanks very much.
Right now, all I’m thinking is he fucking tore into the corruption of hollywood, he very happily pointed out the racism, sexism, and accepted sexual abuse associated with hollywood, and if I end up deciding that he is not a person to be listened to, that’s fine, I will decide that myself, and I am not closing myself off from that possibility. But right now he is also the guy that told all of hollywood, on international TV, what absolute corrupt hypocrites they all are, and that if nothing else was fucking satisfying to watch.
Anyone who sends me any messages about how I’m right or wrong or good or bad for appreciating this one monologue will be ignored. Again, this is not about me digging through all the clues to figure out if Ricky Gervais is a dude I support or not. I don’t care about supporting this one controversial comedian. I really mostly just care that for whatever reason Ricky Gervais lost his fucking mind and burned the entirety of hollywood in 7 minutes.

The Oscars have struggled with a general decline in its TV ratings over the last three decades, they've tried to get back on track by changing the type of hosts, making the ceremony shorter and other stuff. None of it has worked and still refuse to address their three main criticisms: being white, being sexist, and being extremely local.
Dear Oscars,
IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE YOU NEED TO CHANGE.
