Broom Closet Tips

Just some witchy things I’ve done that are very discreet and my family doesn’t think much of it.

• Get jars from dollar stores or thrift stores and say they’re good for organizing stuff

• Go on nature walks to gather materials and bring your dog if you have one! (Don’t eat anything you can’t identified or reasearched, also some parks might spray the plants with pesticides)

• Do rituals at night or when you know you won’t be interrupted

•Make an altar in an altoid tin or get a box to keep your witchy stuff in

• Get incence / candels because they smell nice

• If you can’t burn anything, use those plastic candles that light up or use perfume as insence

• Get essential oils because they have healing benefits

• Do dream work or learn how to astral project

• Get mundane looking apps that tell you about the moon cycle

• Use water bottles to hold moon water

• Make poppets with old clothes or scrap fabric

• Join a coven online or make friends with other witches online

• Use playing cards as tarot cards

• Keep plants in your windowsill if you are a green witch

• Collect rain / storm water because the water is better than tap water for plants (I don’t know if that is for sure, but it’s a good excuse anyways)

• Put sigils where no one can see them (In shoes, under your phone case, etc.)

• Get herbs from your pantry or tea bags and hide them in plastic bags (I keep my witchy stuff in a fabric bin under a few shirts and you can barely smell them)

• Hide things in drawers, under your bed, in your closet

• Drinking tea

• Meditate (My parents are cool with it because I say it helps me relax)

• Eating foods related to the sabbot

• Get stuffed animals or figures of your fammiliar if you have one

• A girl and a guy doll or figure could be good representations of the god and goddess and can be placed out in the open

• Kitchen magick is very discreet

• Collect crystals and sea shells because they look pretty

• Keep candels and jars separated from your herbs and tools because they’re REALLY loud when they clang together and it will probably wake people up at night if you are doing any rituals

• Collect pebbels and stones an paint sigils / runes on them

• Use a necklace as a pendulum

• Use a pencil or pen as a wand

• Keep a BOS in your notes on your phone or in a small notebook

• Put everything away so no one finds anything and delete anything witchy you searched online

• Remember that it’s okay to be in the broom closet and there are lots of closeted witches!

My favorite female character just died in the manga that I just read. And the story continues the way of her males friends who they develop and grow while she, she’s offside.

Why it’s always the females characters who are underdeveloped ? People answer me “Well it’s a shounen, and shounen means young boy. Young boys don’t care about females characters, just accept it. And if you’re not happy just read a shoujo.”

The problem is shoujo (with a few exceptions) always talking about romance. People think when you are a young girl, you obviously love romance.

Who say a young girl can’t love fight ? You know I dream of a manga like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Dr.Stone, Fire Force, Tokyo Revengers etc… who is a shoujo but with the scenario of a shounen.

The protagonist and the deuteragonist are females and the tritagonist is a male. The powerful sensei is a woman and the powerful villain too. The major characters are females and for once they move the plot.

A manga where the females characters are not sexualized (since it will be a shoujo, there should be no reason), their motivations are for them and not for men, they can be feminine without being dumb and strong without being masculine…

If there is someone in this world who can create a manga like this please, I’m begging you, do it. Even the females characters who have good characterization and great powers are either killed or put aside, they are always wasted potentials. I have enough of these manga that make millions of sales but it’s always the male characters who take all the glory.

A like is like a quick almost mindless thing you do as a "neat" before you keep scrolling. At least that's what it feels like they are.

A reblog is telling that creator: Hey, I really like your stuff and want you to make more. I'll help by spreading your content around so more people can see it.

We all appreciate likes but they don't do any good if no one is sharing the content.

Every time I see such a difference in likes and reblogs it discourages me from writing more and I'm sure others feel the same.
