Ahhh it’s Ninjago Oc fashion week! So here’s my OC Yoshima!

Magical Girl Nya AU

Ok so one day while I was watching Precure (don’t judge me) I thought “Wouldn’t it be cool to have a magical girl in ninjago” and Nya was the perfect candidate so I present my AU, it’s still a work in progress but I really really love it so here’s all that I thought of.

So basically in Ninjago city Nya lives with Kai and has a not so normal life. Kai dropped out of school to pay for her schooling and the apartment and Nya also works to help out around the house. In this she and Jay would have broken up too. Nya really really wants to help out the city by getting rid of all of the crime that seems to happen in the city for no reason but Kai wants her to go to a good college and maybe even move out of the city to have a better life so they fight a lot about what Nya should and shouldn’t do. And after one particular fight about how Nya needs to stop going out at night cause it’s dangerous she ‘runs away’ she runs to the monument of god/fsm, their she just lets out all of her anger, screaming about how she just wants to help everyone how she feels useless. God/fsm hears her calls and blesses her with the gift of the water element. After being gifted the power she sorta has a moment like everyone else in superhero movies who magically gets powers and she goes crazy a bit testing out her powers and all that jazz. And after passing by a tv playing a magical girl cartoon she decides that that will be her secret identity, a magical girl. So she sews the dress and boom magical girl time. As the story progresses she’ll get more people to join her magical girl team but I’m still working out the details for that

So Ninjago, when will Skylor become an official member of the ninja team? Like I’ve been waiting since season 4 for her to join them

Imagine me finding out after years of thinking these we’re their last names that they weren’t cannon, I’m having a crisis

Theory:

The writers don’t have the Ninjas’ parents appear more often or at all because the other Ninja would call them “Mr/Mrs. X”, and revealing Kai, Nya, and Cole’s last names is against the law.

Ok so as much as I don’t like the designs I am so excited to see the other ninja just to see what sort of memes we make about them, like I adore all of the buff Lloyd memes and can’t wait to see what we do with Jay, Kai, and Cole tbh.

But like this also is basically gonna be a fanfic wrote by prisoners and I swear if it doesn’t have any references to memes the fandom makes I will stab a bitch-

Sensei Wu understanding his faults and finally starting to be a better guardian to the ninja

Ninjago BoyBand AU

Based on the one Headcanon I had

Kai

* Pretty Boy of the group

* Lead Rapper

* Easily has the second most fangirls, after Lloyd of course

* People used to argue that he was the real leader of the group not Cole

* Has the best social media of the group

* Live-streams while their trying to film music videos

* His hair takes forever and the hairstylist hate him for it

* Will never go out in public if he isn’t dolled up

Jay

* Dorky member definitely

* All the geeky girls go crazy for this boy

* All seriously though, as soon as everyone found out how smart/dorky he is all the geeky girls collectively fainted

* No one would think it from looking at him but he’s the secondary rapper cause damn can that boy talk fast

* Hands down the worst at dancing

* So many compilations of him missing his dance cue or doing the wrong move during a show

* Loves talking to his fans, like he absolutely love to socialize with them and find out about their lives

* Was embarrassed when it came out he was born in a junkyard but the fans don’t mind, they just want him to be his true self

* At first he acted sorta like Kai cause he thought no one would like his true self

* But the fans love pure loser Jay

Cole

* LEAD SINGER BABY

* This boy has some pipes

* Sadly he thinks he has the least fans but that’s not true!!! He has so many dedicated fans and they love him so much

* TBH while most of Kai, Jay, and Lloyd’s fans are young girls Cole’s fans are mainly in their early to late twenties cause damn, he would be such a good husband and you can’t convince them otherwise

* Was easily the most prepared to be in a boy band thanks to his dad

* Gets shy around fans, especially when they bring him gifts

* Was the leader of the group before Lloyd joined but doesn’t hold any hard feelings about Lloyd taking his place

* The rock of the group, no matter what happens he’s able to take care of the group and make sure everyone is well

* Was in a scandal

* People thought he had a secret lover

* No clue how it started tho, it just did and he was so confused the whole time

* Best at interviews hands down

* Was originally seen as the emo of the group but soon gained the title of group dad

* Writes songs with Zane’s help

* People ship them after this came out

* They don’t care tho, their bromance lives on in perfection

* ALSO CAN I SAY THE ONLY OUT LGBT MEMBER OF THE GROUP

Zane

* Doesn’t specialize in anything, is pretty good at everything

* If Cole is the dad of the group Zane is the mom

* Has weird ticks and talks extremely formally so there is a running joke that he’s a robot

* While Kai has the “Pretty Boy” title Zane was voted most beautiful member and Kai couldn’t deny the truth

* Wrote a song after his dad died and it still makes people drop into tears upon hearing it

* Can play the piano v well and fans love it

* During meet and greets he gives his fans little gifts he made

* Most photogenic

* Cole and him are a dream team when it comes to writing/composing songs

* Also has older fans cause he is an ideal husband if I do say so myself

* Was scarred after reading a fan fiction about him self on a talk show

* Hasn’t gone on the internet since

* Freaked out after a video of him saying damn was leaked cause it ruined his image as the purest member

Lloyd

* Joined when he was 15 and his voice was still high pitched

* Hit the high notes for the group

* Had a major glow up once he turned 16

* Took the leader position from Cole and still feels bad about it

* Takes the center position whenever they sing angsty songs cause the fans go feral for dark Lloyd

* Is so awkward around fans, like he wants to be cool around them but he just can’t

* Fans bring him candies and sweets as gifts but he can’t have any of them because they may be poisoned and he will literally cry about it because he feels so bad

* Went through an emo phase and after about a month the others were so done with his emo-ness

* Tries to write songs but can’t focus whenever he tries to

* Rumor is that he dyes his hair

* Fans absolutely hate his mom after it came out that she sent him to a boarding school for evil when he was little

* But they love Gamadad

* Pranks the other members and films it

* The most alive during performances, he loves putting on a good show

* Once he turned 18 he got a small dragon tattoo and people still aren’t over it

Nya

* Always was on the sidelines and helped out managing the group

* Fans love her

* VIDEO Kai “Yeah you could say I’m the mature sibling”

Nya *looks at the camera like in The Office*

* So many fan pages dedicated to shipping her and Jay

* Produced her own music under the pseudonym Samurai X because she didn’t want her music to be compared to her brother’s

* Makes frequent appearances in music videos and performances

* Once people found out she was Samurai X (which was always a popular fan theory) she started making her own music using her real name

* The boys were so proud

* Became an honorary member of the group and the fans went wild

* While she isn’t the best at it she’s the lead dancer and always has killer choreography

* So many photos and videos of her and the boys having spa nights

* When she and Jay got together fans went feral

* So much support like an overwhelming amount

* Ya know how I said Lloyd and Kai has the most fan girls? Welp that’s a lie

* So many girls love and admire her

* She and Kai are in a Sub Unit together called Steamy Babes

Saw this and decided to fill out my own responses lol

1. My younger brother actually, it was his turn to choose what we watched on TV the first time I saw the show

2. The characters and their interactions are by far my favorite part of the show, I’ve always just loved how the ninja act around each other and how much of a true family they feel like

3. I haven’t had many interactions with fans (mainly cause it’s hard to find fans to talk about the show with lol) but I absolutely adore all of the beautiful fan art and amazing headcanons people make. The entire fandom just seems so creative and I love it

4. That’s a hard question since my favorite usually swaps but for now it’s Lloyd. I just have always loved his personality and his development, plus I’m a sucker for sweet characters who have tragic backstories but still see the light and are good guys

5. Jaya, it was my first ship and will always have a special place in my heart

6. I was there since the pilot episode aired

7. I acted like I hated it, mainly cause my bother loved it and I had to be the cool older sister but deep down I was like “Wow this is so so so so cool! I need to see more!”

8. Definitely Earth

9. Hard one but Can Of Worms, when I first saw it the message really made me happy and I love Lloyd’s turn from evil to good at the end, I thought it was sweet

10. Another hard one but I really loved Tournament of Elements, I loved seeing all of the other elemental masters and thought Chen was a weird yet entertaining villain

Those are just my thoughts and I thought it may be good to give a sorta small intro to me as a person to this fandom that I’m finally confident enough to join after like 8 years

A friend of mine who watched it as a joke but ended up falling in love with the show. I’m beyond glad she convinced me to watch it!

I love the wonderful character developments of this show. Seeing a character grow and learn is always something I enjoy watching.

How everyone is always so supportive and friendly in this fandom. I’ve had some bad occurrence in other fandom’s I’ve been in, so whenever I take a step into the Ninjago fandom, it always cheers me up with how wonderful you all are! Also d*mn them good memes

Lloyd. Definitely Lloyd. Went from Sour patch kid to good lookin leader and I love this guy to death. I can also relate to him on a few personal notes, mainly in terms of having to grow up too fast and soon.

Personal Ninjago Headcanon

So around the time Nya was celebrating her first birthday on the Bounty she had an obsession with boy bands so for her present the OG4 perform the Big Time Rush theme song for her and it’s just became a tradition that every year on Nya’s birthday they perform a Big Time Rush song for her.
