I think it’s so funny that utena has literally no idea why anyone in the black rose arc got turned into a duelist. Rewatching Adolescence of Utena for like the 50th time is so interesting because I'm either 1, Overanalyzing every pixel.. 2, just watching for the "omg she said the thing!! The car thing!! AAA!!", Or 3, I'm just so happy to see this masterpiece again because it's my comfort movie and my spintrest.
