“the roses are… roses?” Don’t worry mom we’ll English teacher you eventually.
She really doesn’t like Saionji.
We’re only two episodes in and she already knows there’s something lesbian going on.
I think Nanami Kiryuu would feel 20x better if she took a nap and went to Claire’s to get her ears pierced.
That girl does not need knives, she needs a mall trip and a new Bath and Body Works hand sanitizer
(Sorry, I deleted it my first post. But don't worry I posted my notebook drawings again. ^_^)
Revolutionary Girl Utena (1997) - Directed by 幾原邦彦 Kunihiko Ikuhara
#05 : 'The Sunlit Garden – Finale'
Storyboard : 錦織博 Hiroshi Nishikiori
Episode #05 of RGU marks a major visual and narrative turning point in the series. From the very first images, the storyboard takes on a new dimension. The overall atmosphere becomes heavier and more symbolic. This shift in style in this episode foreshadows what will become the very identity of Utena : a blend of visual poetry, heavy symbolism, and an almost dreamlike ambiance. #05 is the first episode that truly immerses us in this unique aesthetic imo.
