Play Slay the Princess.
just finished "carol and the end of the world" -- leave it to netflix to drop one of the year's best shows right at the tail-end of said year. a very poignant, melancholic, powerful show about coming together to build a community and overcoming yourself even in the most dire circumstances. watch it immediately
I do not respect the grind. Go to bed

fun fact: in the twilight movies instead of burning up in sunlight the vampires actually jsut sparkle. to learn more look up twilight sparkle on google
Hbomberguy isn't the goat because he 'destroys careers' or 'dunks on things/people I hate', he's one of the best on the platform because he actually backs up all his claims with research (EXTENSIVE research, considering he will actually read related scientific articles and so on) and creates his videos with the intent of sharing an original overarching message. When he engages critically he does so in good faith, and with media it comes from a place of passion and WANTING something to be good.
Im not even gonna say anything.
“spotify stops tracking today so we can listen to cringe!!” free yourself from this mental prison at once
truly just learn the phrase "I did not like this" instead of trying to give some moral or ethical reasoning behind why it's actually evil and morally wrong and problematic. you are allowed to just not like things because they're not good in your personal opinion, they don't have to be problematic you can just not like them
the way people cannot take any negative thing happening in tv shows these days is genuinely frightening and incredibly tiring. sometimes characters die. sometimes bad things happen for the story to move along. unwillingness to deal with anything upsetting in the realm of FICTION (and by upsetting i don't even mean difficult themes but just basic storytelling stuff like a character dying) is how you get incredibly watered-down cookie cutter media that doesn't make you feel anything. "ooooh but escapism" you cannot avoid everything bad forever. and if a character death is something that will send you spiralling that is something with your mental health and not with the piece of media being made. from the bottom of my heart: grow up
when you're a child and you stay up past your bedtime you get punished by your parents, when you're an adult and you stay up too late you just get punished by the ghosts and spirits and demons and such
I'm like if you put a wig on a bird and made it sign forms and shit
