Unless Ney is picking Kylian off the ground in celebration, 90% of Neybappe hugs consist of Ney hugging Kyky around the neck and Kylian hugging Ney around the waist. It's just how they work. Like look at those pictures. There are thousands more. Literally Neybappe hugs consist of each of them automatically going for their designated neck and waist hugs and we can appreciate that!

Pretty sure it's because Neymar is short and he's just making sure that if Kylian does decide to pick him up, that he doesn't fall lol. But still, cute.
