i love romerica tons, also romano is inherently goth
today I was thinking about the fact that i've drawn romano as the son of ancient greece once, implying that he was the magna graecia... and that would mean that he and ancient rome have more or less the same age

i wanted to draw something about italian renaissance but veneziano and romano alone weren’t enough so here, take some OCs
(also yes, vatican here is young and ready to fight)
So last night I was out with my friends and one moment I opened my phone camera and I saw that my hair were making a heart and I immediately felt like the Italian brothers

I can see spamano with all of these, but the "you stayed?" and "I kinda wish you could see yourself through my eyes" part hit my heart a little too much (and too fast with all the emotions)

I honestly kinda regret taking that long pause of not drawing hetalia
in the time I was 'gone' i tried working on my own artstyle and some more realistic stuff
though I ofc failed again
I watched many yt art tutorial and I honestly think that they have made my art worse?
like I'm trying so hard to see some weird shapes and 'flows' in the reference pictures
it made my art Progress so much more complicated and longer for nothing
I'm sorry my English isn't englishing at the moment
