Trying to do an assignment and my brain decided to start making dog noises. It won’t stop barking

You need to:

Send me references of your oc through ask (if u want to give me a little description of their personality that would be great to think about a pose for them but i can manage), I'm fine with picrews but no ai images. It needs to be your character since i prefer drawing characters with direct permission.
Have in mind that:
I won't do animals, furry, mecha or armor, sorry! (i don't want to activate my 3d brain, all of those have different dimensions and anatomy to think about, i'm fine with detailed clothing and animal ears or tail tho, my problem is thinking about face dimensions, mechanic logics and fur)
Also i decided to tag the people that get their spot when i get to 9 people so you will know if you will wait for the drawing or not, i will reblog this and tag on it! After that i will start drawing! if you don't want to be tagged tell me through the ask, we could use a perzonalized word too but it's up to you to tell me, if not then i will understand I'm allowed to tag you! Since i don't have DMs available
Other things to considerate:
i will focuse on lineart with one color, like in the drawing as example of style (depending of the colors of the caracter i will chose the color for it, maybe some shadows and details to make it look pretty but overall is like a surprise).
i could take a while TT_TT i want it to look good enough, if i talk here or post another drawing that doesn't have to do with this don't pressure me, i will get to it!
I won't directly respond the ask i get for this (unless it's a question regarding it), so you can send whatever, but if you have references in your blog you can tell me! just don't make me click strange links;;
I won't ask anything about the character so i will work with what i receive! if i get a detail wrong or skip it im sorry! but i won't change it once i post it, still hope you like it tho
Don't use it for ai or commercial purposes, just for personal usage but you can also edit it if you want, credit is not required but don't say you made it!
i will reblog this with the drawings i get done in the order in which i received the references, also i will tag (or use the personalized word) that's the only way i can think about in how you can receive the drawing, so that's all :D I'll be attentive to anything.

simon’s never been one for naps. never seen the point in them really, he’s spent too many years on high alert and ready to move at a moments notice to indulge in them. scoffs when johnny jokes about him not needing sleep. there’s a million other things i could be doing in that time, he grumbles.
but when he meets you, simon starts to see the allure.
he finds you curled up on the couch in the rec room one day tucked into your blanket and just stares for a moment. there’s a look of serenity on your face that he’s both captured by and in awe of. in fact, he’s a little bit jealous. he’s not sure what he looks like sleeping, but definitely not as a peaceful as you.
(johnny says he scowls in his sleep sometimes. even curses at him every now and then.)
when you and simon first get together he comes to find that one of your favorite pastimes is tucking yourself away in bed for a good nap. no harm in it, you shrug.
those words rattle around in his head the first time you ask if he’d like to join you. he blinks and scratches the back of his neck, asking if you’re sure about that because he’s ‘not exactly cuddly’ and probably won’t fall asleep.
“it’s alright. i just want you next to me.” simon bites back the urge to brand your name into his heart.
one hour is all it takes to change his perspective. suddenly, crawling into bed with you for a quick snooze becomes the most indulgent activity he could think of. simon’s quick to mold himself against your body, breathing in the tranquility of the moment. your breaths turned shallow not too long before and he’s shocked to find himself following you down the rabbit hole into a dreamless sleep.
it’s the vulnerability that gets to him. to lay in each others arms and slip away from the world together - it’s a level of intimacy he’s never experienced before and it intoxicates him. soon enough, he’s pulling you to the side during end of the day trainings, staring down at you with molten brown eyes. “i want to lay down with you after this.”
insists you’ve spoiled him, although you’re not sure how him finally getting enough sleep is a bad thing. but when he starts whining (if you could call it whining in that voice) that you should be laying in bed with him instead of doing whatever you’re doing, you start to think he might be right.
