It was ten o'clock in the morning you woke up, the sun was shining out through your darken curtains.
You softly rubbed your eyes as you began to stretch, you hear a soft groan from beside you as an arm suddenly drape across your waist.
You glance over and see your beautiful boyfriend Jonathan Crane still sound asleep, you smiled before running your hand across his messy but soft hair.
It was Jonathan weekend off and you told him to not be working and no busy with his experiments of his fear toxin, which last night was a difficult thing to make him stop but you managed to convince him to stop and do some late night activities together π
You stretch and scowled and the slight pain of your back and hips, you glanced down and seen visible signs of bruise from Jonathan grip on you last night, you began to blush as you remember last night fun but try to not focus it much as you glance over at Jonathan laying on his side looking ever so peaceful as he sleeps,
you knew you need to get out of the bed so you try to be very quiet getting off the bed.
But once your feet were on the floor you felt a tug as you flop back down on the bed as Jonathan snuggled closer to you, you giggling softly as you struggle to get out of his grasp but it was to no avail, Jonathan peppered your neck with kisses as he held you close.
"Why good morning Jonathan, how was your sleep?" I turn over to face Jonathan as I kiss him on his nose, he smirked at me as he caresses my cheek, "it was a wonderful sleep and a wonderful night, how about you" he softly whispered leaning closer as our lips nearly touching, his hands started to wonder more around.
How I love to have this to keep going, but my stomach began to rumble for food, Jonathan and I laughed for a moment before then I quickly gave him a kiss on his lips and got up to find some clothes to cover up.
"Come on lets get something to eat before we would do anything for today" I extended my arm out to him to grab which he accepted as he got a pair of black shorts and went out to the kitchen with me.
"I was thinking of pancakes?" I questioned looking around at the cabinet, he kiss my head before grabbing a frying pan and going near the stove "I'm cooking" "what? But it's your day off so you need to let me cook?" He scoffed before looking over to me and smiled "You will end up burning the house down with your cooking" I mean he ain't wrong with that, I playfully pat his shoulder as he began to chuckled "Hey I thought you liked my cooking Dr Crane" I teased as he started cooking our pancakes.
After our pancakes were made and eaten we began cleaning the dishes, he came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me resting his head on my shoulder, "so what is the plan for today?" I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck and softly kiss his cheek, "well I thought of maybe relaxing on the couch together and watch a movie together?" I smiled as he picked me up and brought us to the living room, cuddling up together watching some B horror movies together.

Jonathan crane was late again going back home, for the two weeks he had been coming home late whenever you are sleep and then goes off to work before you even wake up, you do understand the importance of his work at Arkham Asylum but this was getting ridiculous.
I decided to woke up a little early to talk to Jonathan, when you went to the kitchen he was surprised by you awake, "my dear? Why are you early up?" He then offer you coffee which you accepted "well apparently this is the only time to see you" I stated drinking the coffee that was quite too bitter for me, I heard him sigh for a bit as I went to add some sugar into my coffee.
"My dear you know how it is like working at a place like arkham, you would expect days I be gone for a long time at work" he began to explain his reasons but stopped talking when he see me upset by the lack of time we spent together, "look Jon.. I know this job takes a lot of time from us to be together I understand, but...I just like to see my boyfriend, from time to time" I replied placing my cup down on the kitchen counter and talking to him directly "but I have patients I have-"
"to work with and need you're upmost attention but don't you think you're girlfriend need just a small bit of attention too" I felt tears stinging my eyes as I try to hold them back.
I don't want to be like that's girls that are desperate for attention but now I started to act like them, Jonathan then held my hand in his and his other hand held my cheek as I look into my lovers eyes, "I'm so sorry, I made you feel this way, I try to be back home early as I can" he kiss me softly on my forehead as I relish in the feeling I had missed for so long, but it ended all too soon as he had to get to work, let's hope he kept his promise.
Timeskip
(Jonathan Crane Pov)
I promise (Y/N) that I be back early this time around but I don't think I won't be able to keep my promise if this Batman give ups, But is just wishes that will never come through.
But maybe my wish did came true as I had the chance to give him some of the fear gas, which in turn worked as it startedto take effect on him, and it was my chance to get away and run back to my home, I just hope (Y/N) isn't too mad.
The house was dark I check down on my watch and seen it was 11:35, weird she would be awake at this time, she must be tired, I unlocked the door and slowly got in and close the door behind me, I only realised I still have my scarecrow mask on so I need to get to the bathroom and remove my mask and hid my briefcase before she would find it in the morning.
I care for her too much to lose her now, "Jonathan you were late again" I suddenly heard for the living room 'shit!' I mentally said to myselfΒ "I'm sorry my love I was late, I am just going to the bathroo-"
"No! Jonathan, you are going to explain to me what have you been doing that you are always late home?" She said and I can see in the dark, tears in her eyes and it hurt me seeing her like this.
"Are you cheating on me Jonathan?" My eyes widened as I look over to where she was in the living room "My darling would never, ever do that to you," I softy said to her hoping it will calm her, "then let me see your face so I know it's not true" she went over a switch the light on as I think of how do I explain this.
((Y/N) pov)
I turn the light on and saw my boyfriend with some sort of mask that would resemble some sort of scarecrow, I stood there confused as my boyfriend hung his head low, "Jonathan why do you have a scarecrow mask on? Are you- Uh.. you" I stumble over my words as I slowly go over to him as I lift the mask from his face, he didnβt had his glasses on as he looked sad 'is this what he was hiding from me? That he is the scarecrow?' I place my hand on his cheek and he nuzzled into my touch.
"Well at least I can say one thing...is that you didn't cheated" I softly spoke as he smiled very softly as he finally looked into my eyes "but this is a lot to take in" I said as I see the sadness in his eyes, I walked over to him and caress his cheek softly smiling to him
"but I am willing to accept for who you are and what you do and would stay by your side" his eyes brighten with happiness as he held my hands "thank you, and you should know I would never hurt you, your too precious to me" he said kissing my hands.
My heart began to rapidly beat and butterfly's appeared again inside me like the first time me and Jonathan met and I feel in love with my man even more "oh! Jonathan I know you wouldn't hurt me. I trust you very much" he then finally kissed me as he held me close, with this kiss it was feel with love and care for me, as I melted into the kiss leaving all the worries for another day.

You knew you dress a bit differently, with darker clothes, and fishnets as gloves or as tights and spiders as a necklace, you are a goth, but others called you a freak.
And dating was tough until you meet your boyfriend Jonathan Crane, he accept with how you dress and what your interest was, he love just everything of my style and aesthetic, even when i collecting fake skulls and decorating them.
You had never felt so much happiness, and it was an annual charity event to help the fundings for Arkham Asylum and Jonathan Crane as you to be there for him, which you eagerly accepted and picked out my outfit for that evening.
It was a dress that looked like mortica addams dress but a put on my favourite black rose choker, laces fingerless gloves, fishnet tights and beautiful high heel black shoes.
I went out of me and Jonathan bedroom to show him the outfit and everything "my love, you look stunning for this evening, is that the dress from the Addams family we watched last week" I eagerly nodded and smile as Jonathan held my hand and spun me around giggling as I was brought into my lovers arms
"so do you really like how I look" I said messy with his tie slightly "absolutely my darling you look as beautiful as the night as you would say" he gave me a quick kiss on the lips before we got into our car and headed for the event,
Jonathan knows how people would treat me but I told him to ignore them as I have did for a very long time, but Jonathan really cares about me so much that he would literally give them his fear toxic and watch them scream out of fear of whatever phobia they have imaginable, but I luckily I can very much handle the critics and can take care of them.
We arrived at the event and got out of our car and walked inside, now I never expected that their would be near a whole room of people be at this event which there is which started to make me panic a bit, I then felt my hand squeeze softly as Jonathan whispered into my ear "Don't worry my sparrow I'm here beside you, stay close to me alright" I smiled and began to calm down as I heard him calling me by his favourite nickname for me in private.
We slowly decent from the staircase grabbing a glass of champagne in the process.
Everything was going well until I heard them whispered about me, now normally I'll just brush them off, but they were becoming more and more worse 'what on earth is that weirdo doing here?' ' she is the one that's dating Dr Crane? ' 'what do you mean? He is just like her? A freak' 'huh I wonder what he sees in her to go out with her' they became more and more harder to ignore them but I felt a another squeeze this time on my arm as I looked up and seen a stranger.
"why hello you must be Jonathan Crane and (Y/N) (Y/L/N) I'm Bruce Wayne" me and Jonathan shook his hand as Bruce began to speak to Jonathan to which he was annoyed by Bruce Wayne's presence.
I glance around to distract myself and I seen a couple of rich people looking at me like I was some sort of plague and began whispering amongst each other.
I couldn't take it anymore and began to walk to the exit, just then as I was walking off I felt a hand on my wrist, I turned around and saw Jonathan looking concerned for me and I try avert my eyes away from him and people began to stare at me like I was an circus performer.
He realised what was going on and made a possible mental note to terrified them with there worse fear soon.
He place his hand on my waist as walked out of there leaving them with there rumours and insults.
Once we were out a took a couple a deep breaths as I felt tears pricking my eyes, just then Jonathan pulled me into a hug and softy patted my hair, "its alright my darling, everything will be okay" he kiss my head as I began to calm down feeling protected around Jonathan's arms.
"come on lets go home, I never want to go to these Charity events ever again" I giggled at his response as we heard a familiar voice calling out to us, Jonathan scoffed as he seen who it was.
"I'm terribly sorry Mr Wayne but me and my partner are going home early, it was quite boring of a party and one I'll probably never go to again and just send the check or whatever you typically do for Arkham Asylum, good night to you" we then got into the car leaving Bruce Wayne lost for words as we drove off.
"You know you were being rude to him?" I spoke up, he then glance over at me with the one eyebrow raised saying "really? Me being rude? To a man that spends all his money on fancy cars and throwing his money on playboy bunny girls to be with him" a smile formed on my face as he focused on the road but can see from the corner of his eye.
"You are jealous of Bruce Wayne or are you afraid of him trying to get me to be as his playboy bunny girls as you call them" I dramatically said but couldnβt hold in my laughter at the end as he rolled his eyes, but I leaned over and kissed him on the cheek "Don't worry my scarecrow I only have eyes for you" he began to deeply blush at my words and he try to focused more on the road.
"So want to watch a movie tonight my dear?" He asked as I sat back and think "Honestly let's watch Corpse bride, plus the main character looks like you"
"No I definitely do not look like Victor from Corpse bride" he replied trying to sound annoyed but his smile says otherwise
We then got back home and began watching the movie cuddling up to each other "I love you Jon" he turned around and smiled before givinga quick peck on the lips "I love you too my sparrow"
