DAYUM I LOVE THEM WHEN IM FEELING PUMPED.

Usually I'm the laziest hoe here no fr, but honestly I loved awake methods sm, and let's go back to old school for it, first, obv the void, secondly here are some that literally were the BEST for awake shifting, I kinda love being there when everything changes and going with it yk? Flashing white lights, sounds, tapping, ugh love em.

Julia method, basically the void fr but I swear by it this shit is so powerful ugh.

Estelle method??? LIKE HELLO??? WHY ARE Y'ALL SLEEPING ON IT? I mini shifted with it the first time I used it.

CINN METHOD, I REPEAT, CINN METHOD.

Those are just recommend ones by me, but anyways, one personal one I have is something I made and here ya go: (my method?)

Lay back in any position you like, preferably the position you think you're gonna find yourself in when you shift in your DR

Now look straight into the blackness behind you, and begin to list everything you're supposed to feel in your DR reality, for example, I feel my silk pillowcase, I feel my cat brushing against me, oh I hear birds! I see a faint ray of sunlight against me, y'know? Say things and point them out as though you are already in your DR.

Genuine feel good about it, maybe go and rant in your head how your first day at your DR went, like "man, I'm soooo tired, I literally shopped so much my hands hurt fr... Although that donut I ate was so good." In short relive the moment of your first day in DR.

Now you'll have the symptoms, what will we do? Nothin, push through and keep saying things about yourself WITHOUT CARING FOR TJE FUCKING SYMPTOMS.

You'll shift in a millisecond I'm serious, shifting happens so suddenly it's weird, when you feel everything you pointed out just open your eyes and badaboom there ya go.

Half a mind to call this method "myself method".

Dunno how to visualize the void? It's not necessary actually but of course if it makes you comfortable more.

Imagine you're a fish in some deep ocean water at night swimming in the vast ocean, literally that's the trick, imagine how muffled the sound will be, how quickly it quietens.

And for me? I literally scrolled through Tumblr before bed and was bored so I laid down and got in the sats, there on I affirmed once and twice and got thrown there, how? All because I expected it to happen just as my internet name is Coco

so I used to be obsessed with drawing and ngl I hated how my drawing was limited to only anime, yk? I wanted more realistic approaches with that hint of semi realism.

So anytime I would draw, I would play a random bunch of old desired artstyle subliminals and go ranting about my style during the day just saying:

"dayunm I'm Da Vinci's descendant fr fr my art is gold shit dayummmm"

Fast forward to now and I already won three medals and awards at my local city for being able to paint and draw at a young age :D

Hey, I induced the void several times but never aware of it, and also I really want to wake up in void, but no matter what I do - robotic affirming, setting intention, SATs nothing works.

I tried mybe 2-3 times

But I don't feel droopy eyelids and all

Or lightheaded

It takes less then a minute for my indexes to hit

What should I doo

The trance state is a state that comes when you ALLOW it and not RUSH IT.

It's not:

Nope, you're doing everything correct, but let go, and yeah do it before bed when you're lazy, actually y'all?

DO IT WHEN YOU'RE LAZY AND NOT HYPER AWARE, so that you won't think "am I doing it right, tf am I doing-"

And besides, the magnetic pull towards your hand from the face can vary, some have it, some don't, it's not a sign it's working and it's not a sign it's not, it's simply you tricking your mind you have everything under control.

today with the void state i just decided to let go and just affirm calmly every once in a while and i'm soing a lot betterrrr

when my body gets all light and floaty and tingly, i gently affirm 'i am pure consciousness, aware with intention' and my heart starts RACINGGG

and then it goes back to normal πŸ’” this happens to me now about ten times per session for the last two mornings and nights

i am ignoring the heartbeats but it grounds me back to deep relaxation, is it just a case of getting used to the floaty state or should i power through it??

Count through each heartbeat.

I know I can be in a void state through lucid dreaming, but how? Once I'm in a lucid dream, do I just imagine everything to be black, and that's it?

Heck yes it's such a powerful way too!

Yeah you can do a lot, imagine the void, affirm for it, imagining a portal that leads through the void, or just anything else really, it's limitless once you're in a lucid dream, whatever you do you're already there.

Simplicity is the best key

hiii!! this is my first time on tumblr LMAO anyways could you explain how the void feels like? like ive learnt a lot about it (smh i study shifting more than i actually shift😭😭😭) but ive never gone into it yet, also could you explain the hypnogogic state vs the void state because i thought the hypnogogic is the state ur in right before you sleep where your mind and body are both on the verge of sleeping (idk if that makes sense sorry if it doesnt) and void state is your body being asleep but mind being awake but i saw in your posts and some others that the the hypnogogic state is right before the void? so im just confused about that, thank you!!

OF COURSEEEEEEE.

So, the void feels like nothing and everything at once, pure blackness once you enter, no sound, no touch, no breathing felt, nothing, nothing heard, nothing seen, nothing at all, it is usually accompanied by a great feeling of peacefulness since it's your natural state, you'll feel floaty, or spinning when entering, a sucking feeling or a magnetic feel by your face (my personal symptom)

Now, the hypnagogic state:

A state between sleep and wakefulness, imagery here are high and you may see visions and colors dancing in front of your eyelids, it's NOT the void but can be easily used to enter the void through it, it's a dreamy and trippy feeling ngl, your body naturally goes in this state right before sleeping and usually we don't grasp it because our mind usually falls asleep sooner than reaching it, but once aware in this state, it's such a powerful state to enter the void through.

And yes, the HYPNAGOGIC state is right before the void IF YOU MANAGE NOT TO SLEEP.

that's exactly what I meant.

Now the void? It's a state where your consciousness is PURELY detached from reality (hypnagogic state still has your consciousness tethered to this reality, it just makes your mind more vulnerable to obey commands)

It's a state where nothing exists because you are back to the original state of life, it's pure stillness and no matter how much you "look" around, you feel like you're floating and you feel like it's a vacant space of joy and happiness.

Through hypnagogia, you can actually just lay still in that state and wait for every vision and imagery to get out of the way and you'll immediately get in the void naturally on its own, that's how easy it is.

Matter of fact you're giving me ideas to make a post ab entering the hypnagogic state easily πŸ§πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

i was doing 61 point meditation and after some minutes in I wasn't able to hear the mediation and my fan and was unaware then after some minutes I again heared the mediation and started doing it . Then again I couldn't hear anything and become unaware ...... ? What was it was I just sleeping ?

OKAY SO, you were about to enter, but you paid too much attention on the fact you don't hear anything, this time, DON'T pay attention to anything, felt your ears muffle the sound? Don't care, feel like the blackness had swallowed you? Don't care, felt like you are getting sucked in somewhere? DON'T CARE.

Good luck ml and the 61 point Yoga nidra mediation is extremely powerful.

Hello. I've been manifesting my SP for almost 21 days now and I don't see much movement in the 3D. He's my classmate, he sees me as a friend and we hardly talk. I brought him a cookie today and we chatted yesterday. Today after class he didn't talk to me... I even found out he went out with a girl last year and what's more, I confessed to his friends that I think he's handsome. I texted him and he didn't answer. I really like him a lot. I don't even know if I'm his physical type or why he just doesn't chat with me or why he doesn't confess his love in so many manifestations. Thank you, I feel sad.

Coz he is a pro at that, what's your thoughts on this???... If this works everyone can try this without failing na...

Y'all if you have someone who's already good at hypnosis that's actually another way too, you can do it on your own but having a certified hypnotize master can work well too! Do yes, it can be done, as long as it hypnotizes the suggestion to your mind.

You don’t need to be perfectly motivated to shift β€” just consistent in your knowing. You’re not starting over, you’re continuing. Even when it feels like nothing’s happenin, bc honestly? Every breathe and every eyes closing, you're closer to home.

Talk to your DR self, take the pressure off, and remind yourself: It’s already mine. I’m just arriving. after all, every second here is maybe a nanosecond in your DR, who knows? So it doesn't matter how much you've spent time here.

Get that, your life and home is waiting for you.

Imagine the feeling after u shift? Imagine laying down in your DR bed maybe with tears in your eyes after being able to whisper.

I did it.

Every second of trying is worth it, everything is, whenever feeling inpatient, remind yourself, I'm close, I'm there, and I'm gonna be there.

Being the state of mind where you have it means you're at bliss, not too excited and not to insecure, like- you just had it before and it is there, how can insecurity get in the way? I know I said negativity and crying and whatever else won't affect you, it won't if it does not affect that one thought that you already have it.

I can cry and still think I have got it.

But honestly, the main key is to be the version, and actually you can be insecure but ngl it won't help a lot, I know a lot says "but robotic affirming says it can be okay!"

No, robotic affirming is affirming without a care and giving no emotions, which goes on the opposite of what you're saying, because you're feeding the affirmations with negativity, I mean, it sounds hard at first, but affirm until it feels natural if you're still insecure.

hey, i have been falling asleep whenever i try to enter void, it's been 4 month's am trying to enter, sometime I get numbness but not able to stay in that position for a long time, i really want to enter void, my void concept is goodi think but when i try my heart start to beat faster and not able to focus on it...do you have any tips for me to enter VOID?

HI LOVE, listen tips and tricks are in your hands, i already answered someone about quick breathing and heartbeats, you have to let it past and stay there, not to get distracted by them.

these are the body's response to a new territory, it's like a panic session where your body says

"WTF WTF WTF WHERE ARE WE GOING? I DON'T KNOW THIS-"

and you will calm it down by saying: "relax, we are going to our natural state, the void, something we always enter every night remember?"

by convincing your body it's safe, everything will be better and your heart will stop the irregular beating, good luck!

Hello, first of all I must say that your posts help me a lot! Your way of explaining things is very simple and I'm seeing a lot of results. 🀍

Explaining better, I am practically a master of manifestation, I have manifested many things so far on the 3D (LOA) but I still haven't been able to change my perception to another reality on the 3D (Shifting), and I know both concepts go hand in hand.

But I don't know if some thought in the back of my mind says that changing perception to another reality is harder than manifesting to this one reality. What could I do to change this mindset?

alright so, let's say someone comfortably believes in LOA, but finds it hard to believe that shifting is especially could be a part of it. now i'm going to say something, that maybe a lot of people would disagree or whatnot, this is how i perceive it and if you say otherwise, you're still welcome! i don't mind because let me explain.

everything, lies on your mind on how things are viewed, if i view shifting to be a part of manifesting as let's say, the LOA, this would exactly be what happens, and if i believe i don't shift when manifesting things in this CR through LOA, again, it will be exactly that.

now let me stop the yapping again get to the point, shifting is not harder than manifesting at all! the only reason that feels like it is hard is because the concept sounds off for most of people, our brain don't want to accept it, and i understand on wanting to change.

shifting is not "trying", it's just like manifesting where you "remember" you are in the reality you want to be, and by being in this natural state, you shift to the reality you want, after all Shifting is not a struggle, it's a pure choice of an individual.

so yes, it IS your choice to decide and that is what is making you feel like it's hard, the simple choice to ALLOW the shifting.

it's simply viewing it as that, shifting, loa, void, or whatever else, these all? they all are allowed by your mind before the results to be shown.

now the last advice? ALLOW yourself to believe in shifting, go about your day and remind yourself you do believe in shifting.

I’ve only been in the void state for a few seconds and it scared me cause I felt nothing around me. I know it’s just a deep meditative state, but i have bad intrusive thoughts that make me conquer up scary imagery/scenarios that I’m scared will negatively manifest whilst I’m in the void state.

Do you have any tips on overcoming anxiety/fear surrounding the void state?

Okay so, first.

NOTHING can attack or sum up when going in the void, your mind already knows it's a peaceful state and you won't actually have ANY negative thoughts.

But I think I get you, before entering it can feel overwhelming, honestly the only tip is to ground yourself and tell yourself you're okay and that's your body and nothing more.

Imagine being surrounded by the void and acknowledge it as something COMFORTING instead of scary, whenever you get those thoughts? Push them away no matter how hard it is, again, it's just the fear of the unknown.
