Hello Simblr!

I wanted to share a community lot I finished this week: a TV studio specially designed for Strangetown! It features switcher rooms, a music recording studio (using AroundtheSims2′s set) and even film cameras (from @crispsandkerosene) that your sims can use. Here’s the video of the construction process! The downloads list (w/ both lot and CCs) is available in the description. Constructive reviews and criticism are very welcome :)
