Here’s an answer to a question I’ve been asked A LOT - “how tall is Mirabel?!” Official answer: 5’2” - all other characters’ heights are relative to hers, so that’s all I got… except Bruno who has, you know, a seven foot frame and 🐀🐀🐀 along his back. #Encanto

Based on this, I used this photo:
And several shots from the movie to figure out the rough relative height for the rest of the 15 years and over characters.
So left to right
Luisa: 6'4" / 193 cm
Isabela: 5'5" / 165.1 cm
Julieta: 5'4" / 162.6 cm
Agustin: 5'10" / 177.8 cm
Alma: 5'4" / 162.6 cm
Mirabel: 5'2" / 157.5 cm
Bruno: 5'4" / 162.6 cm
Camilo: 5'3" / 160 cm
Pepa: 5'6" 167.6 cm
Felix: 5'4" / 162.6 cm
Dolores: 5'5" / 165 cm
Antonio could be between 3'6"-3'8" (106.7 cm - 111.7 cm), but he's still only 5 so his height can change with time.
Edit: Seeing a lot of people complaining about them being so short. Need I remind you the average height for Colombians is 5'7" for men, and 5'2.5" for women in modern times. It would have been shorter in the movie's time period. Camilo is still only 15 and he could easily have another growth spurt.

Thank you to EVERYONE who has been patiently waiting for this. I first saw this movie a little over a year ago during a busy and stressful time. As much as it pains me not to be able to dedicate as much time to personal projects anymore, it's a reminder of how fortunate I am to be working full-time in my dream career in animation.
I hope you stick around for the rest of the story. There is so much information in every panel. NOTHING is without meaning.
CHAPTER 2: We'll touch base with some of Bruno's nieces and nephews, hear from a few folks around town, and get a glimpse into Chel's home life and her history in The Encanto. Is this even the same Chel that we know from centuries ago?

Julieta the Healer is kind and wise. She cares for witches, animals and humans alike. Her knowledge of healing herbs and potent potions is unparalleled. (Some whisper she can even recover the dead, if offered the right reward.)
A male witch is a rarity, dreaded by humans and despised by their own kin. Bruno the Witcher disguises himself as a magician; you can find him on market squares, where he tells stories through colourful illusions. Be warned! He is said to have the inner eye - by mere touch he can see into your soul and read your fate.
(A witch-mother is expected to dispose of any male offsprings, but Alma the Moth couldn't lose her miracle and raised her three children in secret. When she was found out, the young witches fled together to the human's world.)
