Attack for Melichat this time!
I'm so happy I managed to draw more attacks than last year, it was amazing! And now that this is over... I can focus on other projects and a lil bit of a spooky vibe! This one was for Feralunar! I wish I could've drawn Chrysolite's dragon (?) form! Maybe next year...
You can check em out here!
I made an art/anatomy tutorial about birds! I hope people will find it helpful!
hi tumblr rate my bedside table set-up
The finished product. I think just over an hour of work total
Its very sexy of me to actually finish something
I just think birds are neat
(I know hes a cat thing tho)
Hey dudes! Heres a thing I’ve been working a while on and finally finished! They don’t really have a name and i’d love some suggestions!

Fly, little Icarus
But don't you touch the sun
Your wings may melt and falter
But you are still my son.
I saw you walking as a babe
Your first few tottering steps
And now you soar so high above
But you cannot imagine its depths
So fly, my little Icarus
But fear the sun's hot rays
Your fragile feathers fall apart
And you fall back from whence you came
I met this lady hawk (haha) in Bend, Oregon at a raptor show! She and her comrades were all rescued birds of prey (and one scavenger, a turkey vulture) being rehabilitated at the High Desert Museum. We, the crowd, all sat quietly on the ground as, one at a time, birds like the barn owl, the Harris’s hawk, the turkey vulture, and the peregrine falcon flew around the air above us. The peregrine falcon was especially fantastic, as we could feel the air whoosh as she flew by! This particular girl, a red-tailed hawk, did not participate in the demonstration because she had yet more training to go through.
