It’s the End of the Season

Quite Frankly, I’ve only been doing this for 4 months now and it’s become my life. I don’t know what winter guard will be like and I love the seniors so much I don’t want them to leave us. It’s way to early to be thinking about this n all but it’s sad. Especially since all of them are varsity and that I’m not sure how much the two teams interact.

I love you Bri, Payton, Jazz, and Copeland, my captains, along with the other seniors, regardless of who stays for next season. All of y’all have a place in my heart and soul.

I’m joining the Color Guard/ Band community out here on Tumblr and if y’all could repost this to let me find people that would be awesome!

This blog will be me tracking my expirences from a Freshman to a Senior in the RRHS color guard! It will contain random shit posts, jokes, and the crazy stuff that happens in the new family.

for context - i'm happy about this because: someone in my band's guard quit in the middle of this season, leaving a hole in our sets, and instead of just keeping the space open, my band director asked me if i would like to fill it (totally unheard of here). note that this video was taken last night at my third (3rd !!) practice, fourth if you count the run through before my first game last friday.
