I don't know if it's just me, but I'm seeing a lot of lore potentials, considering that Lizzie saved Jimmy from being out in the last game, and this time around, Grian's allies both died next to him. And then he goes on to finish off both Lizzie and Jim himself.

Like, imagine this being The Watchers' price to him for failing to perpetuate the curse, and Grian ensured the death of the former canary and the one who saved him so as to appease The Watchers.

Or perhaps, it was a final Secret Task by The Watchers, snuck into the season as a reminder to Grian of who really runs the show.

Anybody remember when Grian was a guinea pig in season 6? Lol I drew this without looking at any references, so that's why his guinea pig isn't accurate.

I definitely like the first page better, it's more filled w/ life I think. Imma work on consistency and backgrounds in future artworks!

Might color and add better backgrounds later, but I'm done for today lol

I head canon Grian as having red eyes prior to being a watcher, because I think it's cool and that's my only justification lmao

I'll prob not do all of the days (I've already missed day one), but I'll do the ones I can when I have the time for them lol. I'm trying to increase my art skills in my weakest subjects, like this drawing of Grian is not me at my best, but it's me when I'm trying something I'm not well applied with lol. Imma try to do a lot of different art styles for each day that I do participate in, so I'm excited for that.

my hc is that the watchers are these omnivident (all seeing) cosmic beings that just kinda sit there and do whatever they do in the evo server etc.

they don't have a specific form: it can morph and change based on who is perceiving them, but what remains consistent is the outer-space look (because its cool), the more-than-normal amount of eyes (i mean, they're called watchers) and maybe the gold accents

while there were canonically only 3 watchers on the evo server (including grian), i like to think that each server has a varying amount (some have none, others might have like 6+, but they dont always do anything, or are perceived in different ways (e.g., as some kind of god, or the secret keeper in secret life)

i think major mcyt stans need to come together for a public debate as to why their content creator and the creator's character is the Most unhinged. we have powerpoint presentations making our case. each group has 1-2 spokesmen and a team of 1-5 people working to make it like a group project.

please imagine a two hour discord call on shared screens where we plead our cases for why our youtuber and blorbo are the most unhinged. do i need to make this a thing. i dont know how i would but i want too

Grain's area

After some trouble, I have finished the first area of the campaign.

This is the general area, as per 3rd life events, the house is gone and there are craters everywhere (a bit non canon but it's funny with the red unactivated mines). The white square where the house used to be is a trap door to the tunnel dungeon.

The main gimmick is the next floor is determined by a d6 and has plenty of refrences to both the life series and evo (a friend suggested them), unfortunately my notes are on paper but here is the gist: First floor is a refrence to evo, with a watcher statue on 2 and a lump of stolen clay in the chest marked with 1. The second floor refrences last life with the skeleton of mumbo pst-betrayal and glowing exploding crystal. The third floor refrences double life, as it has a higher ceiling and stalagmites. The funkier numbers are the spawn points of bigb and ren, only ren's skeleton is agressive. The fourth floor is based on limited life, with refrences to the bad boys, bread bridge and the entire layer seems to be high up (like skynet). The fifth floor has a heart shaped stone in the lake and has a mini secret keeper with the warning to not disturb the cactus ring. The last floor holds the most important artifact, the enchanter. This holds the clues on how to defeat all the ghosts.

Small note: After the enchanter is picked up then Scar gets aggressive and tries to take the book in whatever way he can.

I have started to work on pearl's area, but don't really have much to share. The playtest begins this thursday and I'll see if I messed up or not.

Bonus because I gave up drawing the first one halfway through and also a closeup because that was the only part of the drawing I actually liked

Especially as I don't really draw humanoids that often. Every time I compare my newer art to my old art I get genuinely surprised.

Like enough salt to fill an ocean (not really but it's a lot of salt)

He'll definitely be a good sport if you decide to prank him back but if you dont

He'll feel a tad bad and spend the next week spoiling you to make up for it

Tommy

Okay so

Tommy doesn't really strike me as an all out pranker unless it's in like minecraft

He might do some stupid shit like the salt thing or maybe hiding your things

All really easy things that don't take much time

And he'll tell you where everything is if you don't find it by dinner

He'd definitely play up any reaction to a prank but it'd all just be show and he won't actually stab you with his "many many knives"

Grian

Okay so Grian would love to prank you either in person or minecraft

All small things and he'd help fix any damage he caused cause he's nice

He's also going to rope you into pranking someone with him

If you prank him, he'd be absoloutely delighted. He's better than a good sport about it, he wants to learn how you did it and spend a while laughing with you about it.

He'll be back to normal the next day but let it be known he took notes

Wilburs the weird type of pranker

He won't do conventional pranks

Like you may not even be aware he's pranking you until you spot him laughing maniaclly
