AACK IM RELISTENING TO GROTETHE AND I REALIZED SOMETHING!!!! (very mild spoilers for finale)
So, whenever any of the vampire characters cast spells, they're actually speaking Romanian. Unfortunately, I can't make out much of it because of the speaking and music, but I could make out one thing. In the finale, Hugo charms The Alchemist, and the translation for what he's saying is "listen to me", and The Alchemist replies "I'm listening". This is such a small, insignificant, stupid little thing to get excited about, but AACK IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY TO HEAR MY LANGUAGE IN MEDIA! Another reason for me to obsess over this podcast.

It’s hard to comprehend the full ending of Grotethe because I haven’t heard the Infinight Campaign yet. So I don’t understand the Sedate Tempoor, or the Mr. Ahem sounding guy. BUT I am excited to see the next campaign because even if the ending to this one felt somewhat to open ended to feel perfect, it was a huge revelation! Imagine what the next world would be like- will these peacemakers remember who they are in their next lives??
