Just a lil sneak peek at a Gyutaro x reader I'm making (I will be making 3 editions for she/her, he/him, and they/them pronouns).

How each demon reacts to you getting hurt;

Daki walked to the home that Gyutaro and you shared, she was dreading it, because she knew that he wouldn’t take the news lightly..

She knocked on the door, waiting for her brother to answer. He opened the door with a small smile, “yes?” He asked knowing she doesn’t come around for nothing, “I have to tell you something.. just don’t freak out..” she spoke trembling slightly. “On with it!” He growled getting impatient.

“(Y/n) is hurt! Like bad! I took her to Muzan, but it looks like her clan didn’t want to accept that she loves a demon..” she spoke shaking her head, he growled before pushing past her.

He ran to your clans village, praying that you’d be okay when he got back. He growled when he noticed your clans people cheering and celebrating you getting banished and hurt, he pulled out one of his sickles throwing it with monster strength toward your clan.

The people screamed in terror as his sickle flew all around hitting every person there, he didn’t care about the damage, he was pissed. He walked out into the open walking to your father.

He chuckled as he walked closer, “you know, your daughter always spoke highly of you, but now that she’s hurt, I won’t hesitate to kill you.” He growled as he continued to get closer “But I won’t.. I want you to remember everything I did here tonight, If you EVER hurt her again, you’re next.” He growled as he turned his back to walk away.

When he arrived to where you were held he ran to your side, you stirred awake looking at the man, “what happened babe..” you whispered coughing. “Nothing.. it’s fine, just rest beautiful..” he spoke as he stroked your hair trying to soothe you back to sleep.

Akaza

Would fall into blind rage

Would stay by your side

“Where is she!” Akaza shouted, as blood dripped from her hand, He was beyond pissed, and all he wanted was to see you.

5 minutes prior, he heard you go hurt by a mortal. He found that mortal in 3 minutes, “Hey, Mortal.” The man trembled looking up at the demon, “please.. please have mercy..”

“You had no mercy on my girlfriend, unlike me, she isn’t a demon. She didn’t deserve it!” He yelled as he stepped closer to the man with a deadly aura. “She brought shame to us! I was only doing what I knew to do!” He shouted looking up at the demon.

“She is far from shameful, the only thing shameful I see here is you.” He growled before ripping off his left arm. “You made her suffer, you WILL suffer.” He spoke as he ripped the man’s right leg off.

“You should’ve never touched her.” The demon spoke over the wailing man as he ripped off his other leg. “You will die!” He yelled as he started to beat the man with his own limbs.

The man laid there lifeless, the man huffed before running back to where you were held. Did he let his anger get the best of him? Possibly, but for you, he’d do anything.

“Baby..” he whispered as he stroked your hair furious by your state, “I’m so sorry I didn’t protect you..” he whispered placing a kiss on your forehead.

Kokusbibo

Wouldn’t seek revenge

Would just stay by your side

“Lord Kokusbibo! Come quick!” One of the lower demons squealed as they ran as fast as they could toward the demon, he turned his head slightly to see what the noise was over “what’s the issue?” He asked emotionless

“It’s (y/n)! She is dying!” They yelled pulling him toward you, his eyes widened as he ran ahead.

“Where is she?” He asked as he reached where you were located, “she’s in this room.” They spoke pulling him into the room. The demon rushed into the room, closing the door behind him.

He saw the state you were in, it crushed him.. “Sweetheart..what happened..” he whispered as he dropped to his knees by your side. You whimpered as you looked at the man, “B..B..Ba..” you tried to speak, but ended up coughing. “Don’t.. it’s okay..” he whispered taking his hand in yours. “I… wa..want.. t..to be..come… a.. de..demon..” you rasped out in pain.

The man looked at you shocked, “Dear.. are you sure..” you looked the man in the eyes and shook your head yes, slowly. “Okay.. I’ll get Muzan soon.. for now.. just rest..” he whispered placing a kiss on your head.

For you, he’d do anything, kill anyone, but for now he just wanted to be with you. You were in pain, and it was something that pained the demon.. he hasn’t felt pain like since his brother..

You were the light that he had so desperately been seeking.

Muzan

Would kill them

Would stay by your side and nurse you back to health

Muzan met you in a crowded street, kinda like when Tanjiro found him with his family, except you were in need. You were dehydrated, starving, and barley clothed. Men had dumped you on the side of the road when they were done with you, this somehow made the demon feel sorrow. He walked toward you and put out his hand, “what happened to you dear?” He asked as he looked down at you with his piercing red eyes.

You sniffed and looked away, “I’m no longer for sale.. please leave me alone..” you whispered, pulling your knees closer to your chest.

“I don’t want to buy you dear.. I want to help you.. come with me..” he spoke as he kneeled down to meet you (e/c) eyes, you looked at the man hesitant to accept his help. As you reached out to accept his hand, a man from earlier walked up behind you and grabbed you, “sorry man, we weren’t done with her.” He spoke as he began to walk away with you limp over his shoulder.

It was like you’ve accepted your fate, this made the demon angry. He chuckled and began to walk behind the man, “put her down.” He spoke with a sinister smirk. “Or what man? We paid, we are just getting our worth.” Muzan sped over to the man and grabbed his neck, after he placed you on the ground gently.

“She’s not for sale anymore.” He spoke as he faced the man, “she was already bought, no refunds.” The man spoke as he stepped toward you again.

Muzan was quick to step in front of you, “She isn’t for sale, leave.” He spoke as he stood over you, protectively.

The man laughed before trying to move Muzan to the side, when he didn’t budge he laughed, “you made a grave mistake.” Was all the man heard before Muzan shoved his claws in his face, he smirked as he pulled his hand away watching the man’s body fall lifeless

He looked back at you unconscious, he sighed before rushing you to a doctor. He stayed with you until you woke up, that is when he asked you if you wanted to stay with him. You gladly accepted, and stayed with the demon.

You secretly loved the demon for saving you, you would do anything for him.

Just watched the Demon Slayer on the big screen!

Don’t even care it’s just a 1h 20 min episode recap.

Random Demon Slayer Headcanons/Thoughts I think of

This has spoilers for the Demon Slayer manga and I will go in detail so I suggest not to read this unless you have read the manga

Shinobu and Giyuu in my opinion are much better as found siblings than as a couple, both of them went through traumatic experiences with their siblings before they were both adults. Out of all the Hashira those two are always seen together, both Shinobu and Giyuu I headcanon as gay and lesbian respectfully (I know I’m so original) I feel like we were robbed of a cool sibling relationship with these two. Plus these two have so many similarities that I just might make a separate post for these two

In addition to lesbian Shinobu I like to think she had a crush on Mitsuri when she first met her, but I think after Shinobu realised how in love Mitsuri was for Iguro, Shinobu would then hide her feelings even more and help Mitsuri with Iguro instead wanting Mitsuri to be happy over her own happiness

Muichiro usually answers with hums or a nod because he doesn’t really know how to respond in a conversation especially if it’s just small talk as he finds them pointless

Muichiro I like to think is AroAce and either demiboy or non binary and would use he/him and they/them pronouns. In the modern setting I think Muichiro would definitely be a gamer as he usually gets lost in his own world so I think if he got into a game he wouldn’t stop thinking about it and always get distracted by new game updates or randomly think of a game character he likes if something reminded him of them

I think we were robbed of a Rengoku and Iguro brother/childhood friends scenes. I like to think these two try and set up a time once a week/month were they catch up and see how the other is doing while hanging out, I think on one of these outings Rengoku invited Mitsuri a lot and that’s how both Mitsuri and Iguro would develop a deeper crush on each other with an oblivious Rengoku in the middle not getting the romance at all

Shinobu in the modern setting gives me big “Little Miss Perfect” vibes. I think she would win a lot of trophies for lots of competitions like fencing, tennis and writing but I think Shinobu would enjoy playing the piano the most

Sanemi I think would talk with Gyomie a lot about Genya asking if his little brother was doing ok or tell Gyomie about things Genya likes and dislikes, as well as try to convince Gyomie that he should quit the demon slayer corps. But I think Gyomie wouldn’t do that and instead try to convince Sanemi to fix his relationship with his brother

Tengen I think would have trauma from his dad and his upbringing and wouldn’t want to have kids thinking he would be a bad influence, though Hinatsuru, Makio and Suma would convince Tengen that he would be a great dad so after 2 years after the demon slayer war they would start trying for a family, I think Makio would get pregnant first then Suma then Hinatsuru I like to think they would have ten children in total with Suma having 4 children, Makio would have 3 and Hinatsuru would have 3

Modern setting Iguro would have a Netflix series about his family

Modern Shinobu would definitely read horror or thriller books while drinking jasmine tea or coffee and sitting by a window at a cafe sitting all pretty

Muichiro is Giyuu’s little brother both of them have quite conversations via eye contact

Rengoku is a terrible cook but is the absolute best at baking, he can make any type of bread or pastry his favourite one to make though are cakes, donuts and Swiss rolls and he lets Mitsuri and Senjirou taste test (High School Rengoku would be a part timer at a bakery the Kamado family owns)

Kanao made a decision she wanted a to grow a plant without flipping her coin and it was a succulent plant that she added to a terrarium she made after that she keeps in a bottle in her room

Modern Mitsuri would be the soft UwU girlfriend type but don’t be fooled by her soft pink sweaters and cute frog/cat stickers, this sweet girl can do all the hard work she can change a tire with no problem she can fix any leaking pipes need help carrying something heavy she’s got it

Modern Sanemi has a pet dog and whenever people find out they think it’s a big scary dog but I think Sanemi would have a either a Toy fox Terrier that is a rescue dog that’s missing a right eye (Mitsuri would crotchet a sweater for the dog)

Modern Iguro and Sanemi have a bros b4 hoes pact the gets broken 50% of the time when they have a boys night bc Mitsuri would booty call Iguro

Modern Mitsuri likes to play the ukulele especially love songs that she thinks would be cute to perform to Iguro, Mitsuri also practices her performance to her cat plush before showing Iguro but sometimes he catches her practice and falls even more in love every time

Modern Giyuu and Muichiro both hate phone calls. Muichiro hates them because he’ll have to remember what the phone call was about instead of having a history of all the things that have been said so it’s easier to remember stuff. Giyuu just doesn’t like talking on the phone or to people in general

Modern Nezuko is a big dinosaur nerd and has many dinosaur encyclopaedias ever since she was 10 and now that she’s 13 she’s visited a dinosaur museum at least 24 times, Nezuko has watched every Jurassic movie in existence at least 5 times in a row

Modern Tanjiro growing up had really bad eye sight and had to have glasses but now he uses contacts

Modern Zenitsu I like to think is actually really smart with school and usually aces all his exams and any surprise quizzes he gets, everyone just assumes his an idiot with the way he throws himself at people, I also think Zenitsu is bisexual and has a big crush on both Nezuko and Tanjiro

Inosuke is ftm transgendered and was fed up with his boobies so he stabbed his tits, a Kakushi then brought him to Shinobu who got rid of his boobs and once he explained he did it on purpose and it wasn’t a demon attack Shinobu then got Inosuke on testosterone

College + Modern AU Uzui would be a music major that works part time at a record label store and is in a punk rock band with Rengoku, Sanemi, Iguro and Kanae, Hinatsuru works at a cafe and is studying to be a marine biologist and hopes to work at a sea life rescue facility, Suma works at a pet adoption center and has a daily struggle to try not to adopt every animal that comes in and is the one that helped Sanemi find his pet, Makio is a freelance photographer that works mainly for add commercials and she is also studying for an arts degree, the four of them live in an apartment together and Makio owns an art studio to work in and to stay at if any of them needs space (I have story ideas for this headcanon already)

Modern Daki and Gyutaro are Tanjiro and Nezuko’s childhood friends Nezuko and Daki would get in a lot of fights but as they got older and went to high school together they became really close, Tanjiro and Gyutaro would already be good friends as Gyutaro would become much protective over Tanjiro and Nezuko and would become the ‘big’ brother out of the four

I feel as though we were robbed of some good storytelling with Hantengu and Nakemi out of all the underrated characters those two are my top tier favs and I wish we got more out of them other than the lower moons and Gyokko we don’t get to see their backstory much we also don’t really see much of them turning into demons with Nakemi being the one with little to no detail on her background I do know her husband was an asshole so she murdered him before a performance and would continue to murder before one for good luck, but she ran into Muzan and was then turned into a demon and I’m pretty sure you only get this info if you look for it, but dammit I love this murderous underrated Queen (I’ll go in depth about my fav underrated characters another time)

Modern Akaza/Hakuji have sensitive teeth and have to drink with a straw especially if he has ice with his drinks or else his teeth will get really irritated and will get a headache from how sensitive they are

Daki and Gyutaro with a High School crush Headcanon

Daki

Daki I think to be the type to bully her crush

Like she would call you ugly

But her heart would always flutter at the sight of you as her words would be stuck in her throat

she would insult you constantly but when talking with her brother she would be like

"Y/N finished their work the fastest today! They're so cool and smart!"

or "Hey Gyutaro! Did you see that Y/N had their hair down today! They looked so pretty!"

And god if you compliment or be nice to her she is dead

Full on red-faced as she insults you but on the inside, she is on full fangirl mode

But if you don't get along with her brother then she will just hate you

Speaking of Gyutaro

If you and Daki do end up dating he would constantly be threatening you if you broke his little sister's heart

of course behind closed doors to not upset Daki

Daki is a tsundere at the beginning but once you get to know her she gets more flirty and confident

"Hey Y/N even though you're an idiot you still have pretty eyes and I think your cute so you better go out with me!"

Gyutaro

Now I imagine Gyutaro is like his sister but instead of flat out insulting you he would act like he was annoyed with you

if you did something he would always say you were annoying or a bother

Gyutaro would kind of be a secret admirer as in he always stares at you and admires you when you don't look in his direction

he thinks you're really pretty but tries to avoid you always saying "You shouldn't be around someone like me" or "Don't bother talking hanging around me I'll just drag you to the bottom of the social ladder"

(No please baby lemmie give you kiss)

He knows his ugly so he probably won't bother to confess to you, so you gotta make the first move

If you were to compliment him in any way especially his appearance he would think you're lying right of the bat

he won't even take the compliment he would be like "No"

He would Uno reverse you but wouldn't want to look like a fool in front of you

If you got along with his sister he would just fall in love with you even more

If you did manage to convince him you felt the same way

he would be really shy during your relationship

if you allowed it he would definitely mock every single person he meets later in your relationship like

"Oh you're single how pathetic I unlike you have an amazing S/O named Y/N"

he would take care of you like Daki if you were sick or feeling bad would stay up all night just to make you feel better

Overall 2 tsundere siblings I would 10/10 recommend dating that have no idea what love is so please be kind and gentle with their feelings
