Like, I was going through the wiki fandom page to look for the episode he made a cameo on and found out there's another English voice actor in his place.
So the guy in question is Anthony Bowling. And he actually did two other voices in Mha. Those being:
Hiryu Rin from class 1b
And (and @thotsforvillainrights I know you’re gonna love this one)
This guy, who works with overhaul (Hari Kuruno)
So, yeah. I feel silly now 🤡

This is such a fun scene when you think about the context, cause is supposed to be from Chrono's perspective.
Chrono really think he can fool us and make us think Chisaki, a person with severe misophonia, would voluntarily enter in a cage fight shirtless AND without gloves?
Especially considering we have another flashback of the same or a similar situation from Rappa's perspective and we clearly see Chisaki doesn't take off his clothes for "fight".
Is Chrono so thirsty for Kai that he unconsciously imagines him shirtless?

Overhaul’s whole thing was hating quirks and thinking they were sicknesses. Chrono has a mutant quirk and worked as his right hand man.
For Kai, Chrono’s quirk was a physical reminder of quirks and something Hari couldn’t just turn off. Hari’s hair was a physical reminder of everything Kai hated
