Hunter x hunter theory: chapter 392
I am a little bit surprised there is no conversation about how hisoka's behavior differs from his typical one. Of course he literally DIED. And you know, such things make you reconsider your life priorities. But it's still hard to give up your behavior patterns such as playfulness which hisoka uses as his defence mechanism. In chapter 392 he refuses to answer the opponent's questions and uses physical force without any word games. His bluntness and rudeness, as well as his bored expression, make me think other character appeared before us in this chapter. Many are familiar with the theory Illumi is actually hisoka undercover since the moment “Illumi” joining the Spiders. And this theory has really worthy arguments. Illumi’s behaviour is strange as well as hisoka’s in chapter 392. In chapter 377 Illumi brings people to emotions and deliberately surprises with his actions. It's like he's mocking the spiders when he talks about his “marriage contract” with hisoka. And if hisoka has reasons to behave atypically (death has become a trigger), illumi has none. And most of all, I am hooked by this emptiness and darkness in hisoka’s eyes, the feeling that I have already seen it somewhere…
So, here is my guess: illumi in the previous chapters is actually hisoka, hisoka took the form of illumi with the help of Illumi’s nen. Perhaps they are working together because Illumi wants to bring Kalluto home, and Hisoka's goal is to kill all the spiders.
Bonus: I can imagine Illumi saying "no, hisoka, I won't wear your revealing outfits again" and choosing the most discreet from hisoka's closet.

“Y/n. Where are you going?”
“Huh? Ah, did I forget anything?” You looked at the small receipt on your platter. Three beers and an espresso, their usual starting order. One quick glance at the table, and you were sure there wasn’t anything missing. Had they wanted to order something extra, and you’d missed a queue? “Did you want to order anything else?”
“Of course not. You’re a doll.” Uvo threw an arm around your waist and pulled you closer, making you yelp and nearly drop the platter filled with empty glasses. You weren’t exactly unfamiliar with the man neglecting to respect your personal space, but this was a bit excessive. “What’s that look? Haven’t you heard yet?”
“Since when are you so touchy?” You tried to casually step back without it getting awkward, but his hold on you was surprisingly tight. “Haven’t I heard what?”
“You’re gettin’ married.”
Yeah, right.
“Uhuh. And the bride is the last to know?” You felt your cheeks heat up as Uvo grinned at you, somehow still at eye level even while he was seated. Despite the long time you’d waited on them both, he was never as bold as he currently was while you were working, Franklin often reeling the larger man back when things got out of hand. Franklin didn’t seem to be interested in stopping Uvo today. Uvo’s lips curled even further when he noticed you glance sideways to check. “Sounds about right.”
“You’d think I’d bullshit you?” He said, mockingly indignified. “We checked with the boss, and your entire debt will be forgiven if you just go along with this. Easy, right?”
“You’re serious.” It’s not a question. It’s meant for yourself as you search Uvo’s face for any kind of tell that he’s lying or making fun of you. Neither would surprise you, but while he definitely looks untrustworthy, he doesn’t seem to be lying. Is he for real? “You don’t mean-”

Sometimes I remember how when I was 11 I wanted to be friends with this girl who was wearing a Hunter X Hunter shirt, but I was too scared to talk to her. Years later and I still think about how cool her shirt was, and how I should have just talked to her.

Made In Abyss is a anime staring Riko, Reg and Nanachi. Sadly, I could only watch the first season cause on amazon prime, you have to pay for the second, i guess i might be able to watch it on freemovies.cc but im watching something else rn. I know the 1st season has 10 episodes but idk bout the second. it follows riko, reg and nanachi as they explore the depths of a magical hole.
also, i started watching "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" and its pretty good! it follows Rimuri, (formerly a human but got stabbed and died, but then got reincartaned as a slime) as he aspires to create peace throughout the magical land he awakened in.
I also started watching "BOFURI: I Don't Want To Get Hurt, So I'll Max Out My Defense" which stars Maple (Kaede) and Sally (Risa) and their guild, Maple Tree, as they complete quests and missions in a computerized world.
