Expanding on Lloyd’s nesting habit

In the winter time he straight up steals Kai outta his bed to add him to the nest. Often times he’s either barely awake or sleepwalking.

In the summer months Zane gets the same treatment. They’ve all just sort of accepted this reality and go along with it

When hes really tired he collects his friends/family and they act as his horde

Ninjago hc’s (spoiler free) Minecraft edition

First off. They have a shared server.

Second off. There is a sign at spawn in green text that says “no griefing >:(“

The sign was put there shortly after Lloyd joined.

Jay is really into redstone. Like. REALLY into it. He’s the person that made the working computer in Minecraft

Zane however really likes building and has a tendency to zone in so hard he forgets to like. Exist outside of it for a while.

Nya is also a builder, but specifically the kind of builder that puts those tiny details in to make it look more realistic. Like using player heads as burgers.

Kai is a speed runner and brags everytime he gets to something first (no one was even trying to get that but whatever makes you happy)

Cole just likes to wonder and explore. He’s got a home base but it’s mainly just storage for his souvenirs.

Starting strong with the smiths. Kai and Nya were basically raised by their village. Several people tried to take them in but they were both too stubborn to leave their parents shop

Garmadon carried Lloyd in one of those chest baby wearing things

Jay has rebelled against bedtimes since before he could conceptualize them

Cole was that kid that can only fall asleep to rock music, not lullabies (slightly inspired by movie Cole)

Zane was believed in Santa/toothfairy/easter bunny for considerably longer then most kids

Cole sleeps with a massive weighted blanket, feels like being under a mountain /pos

Nya sleeps with a heated blanket bc it reminds her of snuggling up to Kai when they were little

Lloyd tends to make “nests” out of his bedding, often subconsciously (he is part dragon after all)

Jay doesnt necessarily have a “night light” but he does have a couple low level lamps on (totally not inspired by the jellyfish lamp I got recently)

Kai gets very warm when he sleeps and often doesn’t use a blanket as a result

Zane has the opposite issue. he’s very cold, which most of the time doesn’t bother him, but sometimes he just needs to bundle up under a massive mountain of blankets till it’s hard to tell if he’s still in there

Pixel doesn’t NEED to sleep (neither does Zane but he developed the habit before learning he was a ninjaroid and never dropped it) but she likes engaging in human activities and often plans sleep overs

Cuddle piles are a very common occurrence :}

Ninjago hc’s for funsies (I’ve only just started dragons rising so this is just pre merge characters <3)

-kai is sort of a jack of all trades due to raising himself and nya. He can mend clothes but the stitching is messy, he can make a filling meal with random ingredients but it never tastes right

-Lloyd’s eyes are red but he started wearing green contacts when the ninja started getting publicity bc they freaked people out

-Lloyd IS still a prankster, just has to focus on his green ninja duties, being pranked by him is a sign he feels he can be “Lloyd” around you and not just “the green ninja”

-misako knew about garmadon’s corruption and desperately tried to find a cure (her efforts were, of course, fruitless)

Its peak from top to bottom and it makes me so happy that after all these years it's still going and getting new content, I was obsessed with it as a kid and I'm still obsessed over it as an adult

I cannot wait for Ninjago Legends, like WDYM KAI WAS GOING THROUGH THE HORRORS AFTER THE MERGE

guess whos been doing elemental dragons again...... its been like a year since the last time i did it so i thought itd be fun to try again with a new rendering style from my digital painting class (ILL ACTUALLY DO THEM ALL THIS TIME I PROMISE)
