digital redraw/edit of a scene from paswg (Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt) but instead of Panty, its Jacket from Hotline Miami. Jacket (wearing the Richard mask) is firing 2 guns while the bullet casings and his jacket are pulled behind him with the wind. He also has quite a few other guns on him, 2 being on his back and 2 more on his hips.

edit of a frame from hiveswap act 2. it's one of the frames of Chahut grabbing Xefros by the face with Joey in panic in the background. The edit replaces Xefros with a fantroll. Joey was going to be changed but I just didn't get around to it lol
