Manifesting is instant and quick. I affirmed my crush loves me yesterday and he complimented my makeup and we exchanged socials! Today we seemed as close as ever with other people telling us "we would make a good couple". It shouldn't take you months or years to manifest such simple things, i only affirmed for my crush ONCE and saw an instant change
STOP putting your desires on a pedestal! Stop making it seem like what you are trying to manifest is rocket science... Manifesting is SUPER easy and I cannot stress that enough
There is no such thing in waiting. Why make a deadline for your desire when you could have it right now?

do you think that our reality not changing 'instantly' depends upon whether we're fully committed to our consiousness/accept it as a fact or not? putting aside all the desperation, etc, after you're certain that you've shifted in your mind?
I just wanted to get your views on this because tbh I may or may not have understood her poetic prose ;(
thank youuuu!!!🫶🏼🎀 lots of love!!!!!
Hii, I hope this makes sense, it might sound like something everybody has said already but then again thats just the shifting community so who cares, also thanks !
Also this might not make any sense at all.. actually fuck the human language for not allowing me to communicate my abstract thoughts about reality and how time works….I wish I were telepathic.
Quantum mechanics tells us that particles can be in several places at once. If the particles can be in several places at once and we are made up of these particles we should be able to be in several places at once as well. This is were Hugh Everett proposed his many worlds theory, stating that wave functions never collapse. ( stay with me ) Collapse implies that the other states in super position disappear, so that only one position remains. This would be the idea that there is only one true reality, this one that you are experiencing, but with many more theories coming out about how reality works that notion becomes more distant.
The many worlds theory suggests that there is a third level of parallel realities you can experience by making certain choices. Now you can say his many-worlds theory was widely ignored for his time, and you would be correct, but recently it has caught attention of the physics community. I'm not saying that Everett was right about everything and that is theory is the "manifesto" of how we perceive reality but it can certainly be a jumping point of understanding.
Small changes in our thinking can lead to different outcomes. I've had certain realities relay what my mind has picked up, I've noticed that even though you think you are in a stagnant period relating to shifting your mind is still projecting what you are thinking onto the world. For example, many of my dreams are just jumbled non sense of what I do and think throughout my day. Same goes for realities I shift to, even though I haven't experienced certain situations it still shows up.
We don't know a lot about the mind, and (to an extant) we don't know why the mind tends to delay things; learning, developing mental blocks, etc.
Take a piece of paper, look at it fully and imagine that its your consciousness in its entirety. At the top of the paper, measure a centimeter then take your pencil and draw a line horizontally all the way across. See? Thats a sliver of the paper ( your consciousness ) Thats about all you are using. Only that tiny bit is what we are aware of at this moment.
Ever single human has a different way of being aware. Thats why so many people shift in different ways. Its the levels in which you think that make up what you are ware of.
For example, one persons way of shifting could be pacing around in their room daydreaming about their dr and thats how their mind understands shifting, thats how their mind knows when to shift. Another person could use the method between being awake and being asleep to shift and thats how their mind discerns this reality from another.
Our brain is stubborn, fulling accepting something as fact is one thing, being fully aware is another. Desperation or any of the such will not stop you from shifting.
Ok so, to dumb it down, there is no past, there is no future, the only true thing is what you experiencing now - and with the concept of shifting you can choose to experience anything you'd like. The essence of being where you are is deciding what you are aware of. Whenever I shift It feels like smooth, like your in the zone of flowing thoughts, it comes in this abstract state of awareness.
im done looking at this obsidian doc I have three months of homework i need to finish by june so this is all you are getting from me so sorry, ( i have no idea how emma does all that I have so much respect for her )
Feeling out of control
I know you feel like everything is out of your control even though you know it’s in your control, trust me I get it. But you need to remember that the feeling you have about not being in control is an illusion for many things. Maybe you feel like there’s too much going on in your life and it’s overwhelming, maybe you’re experiencing a sudden upheaval in your life and you don’t know where to go from here, etc. Regardless, when you feel like that, retreat to your imagination. Do something to calm you down (meditation, drawing, journaling, etc.) then ground yourself & persist in the assumption that everything is okay and remind yourself that you are in control.
It's illogical, why are you afraid of having your desires?
You dream, you manifest, you reach toward the life you desire. Yet when it stands before you, you hesitate. Why does success feel like an unfamiliar weight, something foreign, something unearned?
You have been conditioned to believe that struggle is a prerequisite for worth, that suffering is a rite of passage, that you must crawl before you walk and bleed before you bloom. But tell me, who decided this? Who told you that you must burn to learn? That ease is unnatural? That success must be a battle rather than a birthright?
Society has shackled you with the belief that you must work for your dreams, that you must prove yourself before you can receive. That if something comes easily, it must not be real. But reality is not bound by these outdated rules. You are not bound by them either.
It’s illogical.
It is your duty to break free from these illusions. To unlearn the lies that tell you success must be chased, fought for, earned. Your desires are not rewards for suffering. They are not distant treasures at the end of a long, winding road. They are already yours. They have always been yours.
So stop running from them. Stop resisting what was always meant to be. Stop waiting for permission to live the life you desire. You were not meant to struggle. You were meant to thrive.
Failure does not exist unless you acknowledge it
Failure is not real, it is a mirage. A shadow cast by doubt, a story you tell yourself to justify hesitation. You were never meant to tiptoe through life, afraid of missteps.
Every so-called “failure” is simply movement, progress, momentum. The only way to truly fail is to stop. To surrender to fear and remain stagnant, never daring to step forward at all.
So what if things don’t unfold the way you expected? So what if the path twists, turns, or shatters beneath your feet? You will rebuild. You will adapt. You will continue. Because the only thing that defines your journey is your refusal to quit.
Do not let fear write your story. Do not let hesitation chain you to a life half-lived. There is no loss, no failure, no “wrong move” that can ever outweigh the power of simply trying.
Do not give up.
Look within and utilize what you already know
You chase after methods, theories, and fleeting words of reassurance, as if the secret to your desires lies anywhere but within you. You scroll endlessly, consuming knowledge yet never applying it, convincing yourself that if you just find the right method, the perfect timing, then, then, you will act. But don’t you see?
You are running in circles.
Every technique, every new revelation, every promise of a shortcut, it all leads back to the same truth: you already know what to do. You’ve known from the start. Yet, instead of moving, you hesitate, overconsuming posts, paralyzed by the illusion that you need more before you can begin.
But knowledge without action is just another cage. Another way to stall. Another excuse wrapped in good intentions. And the more you wait, the further your desires drift, not because they are out of reach, but because you refuse to reach for them.
Look within. Trust yourself. Utilize what you already know.
There is no perfect moment. No missing piece. No secret you have yet to uncover. There is only you, standing at the threshold, waiting.
If you do not step forward now, when will you?
Already back after locking in (。ゝω·。)☆ What I manifested? Not much but im currently manifesting the rest (that i already have of course)
— My mom being lucky, she got a really good client this money that would pay her a large sum
— Really good self concept and not having the urge to search success story because now I’m already my own success!! Im genuinely happy, because I know the self concept is just something that you chose and then boom but I’ve never kept a good mental diet that long i feel so confident in my abilities now..
Your sign to lock in!!!! Manifesting my desired body, face and scent (i want so bad to smell like cherry soda) and of course I already have everything because im the god of my reality, just like you’re the god of your own (*´ω`)o
— 🕊️
OMG OMG OMGGGGG!!!!!
I'm so happy for youuuuu, look at you getting everything you want, my master manifestor! ( ≧ᗜ≦)
You’re already living in the wish fulfilled, and that’s exactly why everything is unfolding perfectly for you. Your mom’s luck, your self-concept glow-up, and your desired body, face, and scent. It’s all already yours!!!
Cherry soda as your signature scent? That’s such a unique vibe! I can totally imagine it being a mix of sweet cherries, fizzy carbonation, and a hint of vanilla warmth. Manifesting that effortlessly just like everything else! Also, that's making me hungry now asdfvcd >_<
And the self-concept part? That’s the real power move. Now that you know you’re the success story, nothing can shake you. Keep basking in that certainty because it’s only up from here.

The art of breaking free from societies' shackles
We are not born fractured. The world carves into us, shaping our beliefs with every glance, every word unspoken, every wound we were too young to name. From the moment we first looked into a mirror and felt the quiet unease of not belonging, the first seed of doubt was sown. Over time, we became mosaics of what others believed us to be: pieces of judgment, echoes of disappointment, remnants of expectations never our own; or what we assumed to be our own.
And yet, the truth has never changed. Beneath the layers of conditioning, beyond the scars of what was done and what was withheld, there exists something untouched, something whole. The journey back to our purest, happiest and abundant self it is what we call shadow work.
To engage in shadow work is not to wage war against yourself, nor is it an exorcism of all that is unwanted. It is an act of reclamation. It is standing in front of the mirror and meeting your own gaze, unflinching, as you ask:
"What do I believe about myself, and who taught me to believe it?"
Shadow work is often mistaken for suffering, a descent into wounds with no promise of return. But it is not suffering that transforms, it is understanding. "The shadows do not exist to torment us, they exist to be acknowledged." To be given form so that they no longer wield control from the depths of the subconscious.
Begin with reflection. Write without censorship. When you hear yourself say, "I am not enough," ask why. When the thought arises, "I will never be loved the way I want," trace it back.
Where did it begin? Who was the first to make you feel unseen? You are not to relive the pain, only to recognize it, to let it be known so that it no longer dictates your story from the silence.
And when you have unearthed these roots, you must ask yourself: Do I still accept this as truth?
If the answer is no, then you have already begun to break the chains that were never yours to carry.
The mind is a creature of repetition. It does not differentiate between what is true and what is false, it only knows what it has been told most often. Limiting beliefs are not facts; they are merely thoughts we have entertained for too long.
And the brain, in its efficiency, builds neural pathways that reinforce these patterns, making them feel inescapable. But here is what most forget: Neural pathways can be rewired. With conscious effort, with new affirmations, with repeated and deliberate thought, the mind reshapes itself.
Studies in neuroplasticity confirm this, thoughts sculpt the brain, the same way rivers carve into stone. And so, when you declare, "I am confident. I am radiant. I am magnetic." Not once, not twice, but over and over, your mind adapts.
The old beliefs weaken, the new ones take root. You are not changing yourself; you are revealing the self that has always been waiting beneath the rubble.
True confidence does not beg to be seen. It does not search for proof, nor does it ask permission to exist. It simply is. To rebuild self-esteem is not to seek validation, but to realize you never needed it to begin with.
It is no longer asking, "Am I enough?" but stating, "I have always been enough." It is the shift from performing worthiness to knowing it. Look at yourself. The world has tried to break you, and yet, you remain. There is strength in that.
There is power in every breath you take despite the past whispering that you should not rise. You have endured. And if you have endured, you can become anything.
A self-concept is not something you force; it is something you assume. You do not wake up every day questioning the sky's color—you simply accept it as blue.
In the same way, you must accept who you are without hesitation. If you desire to be radiant, assume you already are. If you wish to be captivating, assume it is a truth beyond doubt.
Speak it until your voice no longer wavers, until the world has no choice but to reflect it back to you. This is not arrogance; this is alignment.
This is recognizing that the universe does not resist certainty, it bends to it.
You were never meant to be at war with yourself. The struggle was never between you and your potential, but between you and the illusions you were given. And now, you are free to release them.
Affirm. Persist. Trust. The mind is listening. The universe is listening. And soon, the reflection in the mirror will no longer feel like a stranger, but like the powerful being you were always meant to see.
You are whole. You are limitless. You are already everything.
I AM SUPER INTERESTED in you doing a deeper post on shadow work, identifying your limitings beliefs, self esteem, concept and confidence in general!! o(*≧▽≦)ツ (because i don’t see it often, yeah people say be confident in your ability BUT FIRST be confident about yourself then abilities come next)
Im sure and certain it would help not only me but other building their confidence on creating things.. for example i was trying to manifest a appearance change but i got feed up, because i didn’t loved myself enough that simple so every time i saw the mirror and saw myself I would get anxious because that now how I wanted to look like.. but right now working on it, im loving myself a little bit more and it’s working!
anyway im not bothering you more i want to have a quick spring glow up and I know im going to have it so im going back at work, have a nice day!! (ノ´∀`*)
— 🕊️
Omg, I’ll definitely do a deeper post on shadow work and identifying limiting beliefs because i feel like a lot of people overlook that part. It’s not about fixing yourself (because there’s nothing wrong with you), but about releasing the stuff that’s been holding you back from seeing yourself as the powerful being you already are.
Also, YES to the quick spring glow-up! I already know you’re gonna get it, and i can’t wait to hear about your results. Now I'll go get started on that post in honour of you. Wishing you all the love and success, my 🕊️ anon!!! (ノ´ヮ`)ノ*: ・゚♡

hi! i hope you’re having a great day or night, you see i want to change completely my self concept as someone who grew up unfortunately in a household that was filled with toxicity and though resulting in a bad self concept, esteem and love well i want to change that for the better only.
what do you suggest? ive already started grouping affirmations for it to repeat every now and then but im still searching for a blanket affirmation to say as i fell asleep..
i know a self concept is not needed to manifest but im also doing it because i feel like it’s weird to change myself just because i don’t love myself, i will change myself because i can not because i want to. im a Aphrodite devotee tho so it’s literally contradictory for me to hate myself like, i know i don’t have to get a goddess self concept but honestly why not everything is so easier when you’re confident!
Sorry for the long rant, i just really want to step into my power to get what i always wanted (and deserved).. too i wanted to try shadow work! i saw your post but i didn’t understand how to execute it,, im a bit slow (;′⌒`)
(Could i be your 🕊️anon, i promise to come back with success stories ヘ(`▽´*)))
Haiiii 🕊️ anon!! ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
I’m literally blushing and kicking my feet right now because you’re my first anon who has assigned themselves an emoji. This feels like such an accomplishment, and I need to celebrate this ASDFVDE!!!
Anyways, onto the serious stuff.
As someone who also grew up in a similar household, I’ve found that these two affirmations work best for me: "I am enough" and "I am happy, healthy, and strong." These remind me that I am whole just as I am, no matter how "broken" I might feel. They also reassure me that healing is happening from within, even if I don’t always see it right away.
And yes, self-concept isn’t mandatory, but I always recommend it because it applies to every aspect of life. When you have a strong self-concept, everything feels easier, you naturally become more confident in yourself and your abilities. Scientifically, this makes sense because the way we see ourselves shapes our thoughts, actions, and ultimately, our reality.
Aww, no need to apologize, I love long asks like these! If you’d like, I can make a post about how to get into shadow work. But, it’s actually really simple, think of it as journaling with a purpose. Instead of just reflecting, you’re actively working to rewrite limiting beliefs or transform them into something that empowers you. Let me know if you’d be interested!!! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

Don't you want your desires now?
You stand at the threshold of creation itself—not a mere doorway, but a gateway to infinity, a passage to the reality of your own divinity. I am but a whisper in the wind, a lantern in the fog, here only to remind you of what you have always known: the power was never beyond your reach—it was always yours.
Do you not see? The stars have never doubted their brilliance, nor does the sun hesitate to rise. And yet, here you stand, waiting. For what? A sign? A "new" method? A celestial event to grant you permission? You are the storm, the prophecy, the divine timing itself. Every method is but an echo of the same truth, dressed in different robes. You already know the way—so what are you waiting for?
Your desires do not linger in some far-off realm; they stand at the edge of your will, waiting for you to call them home. And yet, you hesitate, lost in the illusion of tomorrow, whispering, "I'll do it later." But later is a mirage. There is only now. Stop acting like you don’t have the power to do this right now. Because you do.
You weren’t meant to sit around hoping for breadcrumbs when you could be feasting on the entire banquet of existence. So do not wait. Do not falter. Step forward and claim what has always been yours. Your desires aren’t on pause—you are. The longer you wait, the longer they’ll keep waiting on you. Be the person you desire to embody.
You are ready. You always have been. What are you waiting for?
hiii I loveeeee your blog and I wanted to know how to manifest your dream friend group like a group that already exist but to get in yk?!?? I have been using popularity subliminals too!
Hi dear, thank you so much for your kind words! Now, when it comes to manifesting your dream friend group, especially one that already exists, there are two main things to keep in mind.
Firstly, you need to fully assume that you are already a part of that group. Not just hoping or wishing, but knowing that you belong. See yourself in conversations with them, picture yourself hanging out effortlessly, and most importantly, feel the emotions of already being included. The way you view yourself in relation to them is everything.
Secondly, don’t put them on a pedestal. Instead, shift your mindset to one where it’s natural for you to be friends with them. After all, you are equal to them. If you keep thinking of them as a group you’re trying to join, you are reinforcing the idea that you’re on the outside. Instead, shift your mindset to being one of them.
Using subliminals is great, but remember that it’s all about your dominant assumptions. If you listen to them while still feeling separate from your dream group, then you are reinforcing that distance. So, every time you think of them, remind yourself that "I am already one of them" as you are embodying the version of you who has already been accepted. If any doubts creep in, remind yourself that they love having you as a friend because you bring so much value!!!
