In this blog, I will talk a little bit about manifestation but only what I know from experience and information I find, but I will summarize it with words that are easier for everyone to understand. Iâve been in the cycle. The crying, the overthinking, the quitting, the searching all over the internet for âhow to manifestâ or âhow to shift.â I used to get so frustrated watching others say âjust assumeâ while I sat there wondering why nothing was working or if it was really that easy. This post is for people like meâwho are tired, confused, or over it. Listen I don't know it all or gotten it perfect. Iâm still learning and breaking out of old habits. But hereâs whatâs helped me personally and hopefully it helps you too!
1. Youâll Always Hear the Same Thing
No matter where you look, everyone says the same thing: assume itâs yours and live in the end. Thatâs it. Some people just say it in fancier words or longer formats. I wasted so much time looking for a different answer when it was right in front of meâbut it really is that simple.
2. When You Live in the End, Time Stops Being a Problem
When you're fully in the mindset that your desire is already yours, you're not stressed about time. You just feel like it's done. I noticed I stopped feeling desperate or in a rush. I was just chilling and felt fulfilled. Because why would you worry about something you already have?
3. Stop Overthinking It
Overthinking will drive you insane. Itâs like you get stuck in a pit of what ifs. You donât need 50 techniques or a perfect routine. Sometimes you just need to chill and stop making it harder than it is.
4. You Are Your Subconscious
Your subconscious isn't this greater being you have to perform for. Itâs YOU. The moment you decide something is yours and you stick with that decisionâyour subconscious listens. You donât have to beg. Just decide. And trust.
5. Donât Let the 3D Trick You
When the outside world shows you the opposite of what you want, itâs easy to spiral. I used to do it all the time. Someone would say something, and Iâd immediately start Googling how to fix it, panicking like it was gone or it never happened . But now? I just mentally say, âOh, guess the 3D or someone didn'tât get the memo yet.â Then I go back to assuming itâs mine.
6. Detach from the How
You donât question how youâre having fun while youâre having funâyou just are. Same with your manifestation. Let go of needing to know how itâs coming. Just know that it has.
7. Embody It, Even If It Feels Weird at First
I used to and still kinda ask myself, âHow do I think like the version of me who already has it?â It felt awkward at first. So I started smallâ shopping online for what I would wear, journaling like I was already living her life. Creating playlists to help give that feeling. That helped me realize: she isnât some fantasy version of me. Sheâs me. They are you.
8. Nothing Can Slow It Down Unless You Say It Can
This one might sound confusing, but hear me out: nothing can mess up your manifestation unless you believe it can. Wavering? Overthinking? Doubt? These things only affect you if you assume they do. If you donât give them power, they wonât have any.
9. Even in Hard TimesâAffirm and visualize Anyway
I know how hard it is to âjust assumeâ when your world feels like itâs falling apart. Iâve been there. Iâve sat there wondering, how am I supposed to believe I already have what I want when everything around me says otherwise? And honestly all I can say isâaffirm anyway. You donât have to do it for 10 hours straight. You can affirm once. You can visualize quickly. Even if youâre sad. Even if you donât feel it yet. Your subconscious doesnât see whatâs going on in the 3Dâit doesnât need outside proof. It believes what you tell it. I also assume that it only sees what you visualize.

Senses shift last
If you've been in any shifting community for any period of time, you must have already heard this sentence.
Senses shift last.
It's an explanation, an unspoken rule, an understanding that when you sit down to shift, the last thing that completes the shift is your senses.
But what if I told you that your senses don't shift at all?
Let's go back to the basic, most simple definition of reality shifting:
Becoming aware of another reality.
This simply means that when you choose to shift, your awareness, your consciousness, is the only thing that shifts. Not your body, not your brain, and most definitely not your senses.
So, how does it work?
Well, as you shift, and you become aware of a different reality, you become conscious of a different version of you with a different brain and a different stream of thoughts and a different body andâyou guessed it, different senses altogether.
Maybe your vision is better or you have supernatural hearing. Maybe your sense of taste is enhanced and your buds are miraculous, maybe you feel things 100x more than this reality allows and you're hyper aware of everything around you. The point is, your current reality self's body remains here, and so its senses stay behind as well.
If you know that your senses don't shift, and you know that no matter what you hear, see, feel... Is irrelevant because it's your awareness that shifts, doesn't that take off a shit ton of stress off your shoulders?
As soon as you turn your awareness to a different reality, as soon as you start thinking as your desired reality self, feeling their feelings, immersing yourself in their surrounding, you have shifted. "But I can still feel my bed and I'm supposed to be on a train or a plane or riding a dragon through the seven skies!" Irrelevant. Unimportant. Inconsequential.
Focus on what you see, hear, or feel in imagination. That's where you truly are. As long as you stay there and you don't question your destination, you're bound to shift.
Haven't you ever wondered how people shift awake? How they shift on planes or in cars or in the middle of a nosy park? Where you are doesn't matter. What you see or hear doesn't matter. You don't question your dr and complain about the noise of your family and friends when you shift for a few seconds and claim they ruined the shift for you by distracting you! Why should this reality be any different? So what if you feel a velvet duvet instead of satin sheets? So what if you can hear your siblings fighting instead of your s/o calling your name? So what if you can see flashing lights behind your closed eyelids instead of your ceiling or the sky or a unicorn's ass?
Your senses aren't shifting with you, and that doesn't mean that you have failed! Not at all! You shifted successfully the second you decided to park your ass on your bed and chair and shift.
Which brings me to my final point in this semi-long rant:
Grounding yourself when you wake up in your dr.
Let me ask you something: do you ground yourself when you wake up in your cr? Do you open your eyes and start hyperventilating because you're in your room? Do you start freaking out because your family or your partner walked in?
No. You don't. Because it's just another day in the same room you've been waking up in for years.
It's the same thing for your dr. Unless your dr self has amnesia the exact same second you shift, they have been waking up in the same bed, in the same room, with the same family/friends/roommates/partner for as long as they can remember. Shifting is a natural processes. You're not putting on a skin suit and pretending to be someone you're not. You are becoming aware of the person you have always been.
There will be no freaking out, no out of body experience, no looking in the mirror and squealing over your tight ass and new face. No blushing like a damsel when you see your s/o.
It's going to be natural. Like putting on your favorite pj's, like returning to a home that always made you feel safe and comfortable, like tasting your favorite snack again and getting flashbacks of your childhood memories.
It's going to be familiar, known, comfortable.
It's going to be you.
So stop freaking out over what could potentially happen when you "get there." You have always been there.
Now go shift, and stop stressing out so much about irrelevant details.
You are a shifter.
It's your destiny.

The look I give someone when they say "ughh I wish _ was possible" or "I wish I could experience _" (shhh... they don't know I know this hack).
The solution to all my problems was realizing that I am the solution. It was also accepting that problems, circumstances and everything that stands between me and my desires are nonexistent. Was it easy to accept such a relief? No, at least not for me. In all these years, struggle was my comfort. So no, feeling relief wasn't easy. Struggling kept me alive, it gave me purpose. The problems in my life, they were like missions I had to complete. It took me years to let go of struggle. It took me years to stop myself from creating problems. Not because it was difficult, but because I didn't want to let go of it. Because what would happen if I've let my self feel relieved for once? What would I entertain in my mind then? What could I fix then, if nothing ever needed to be fixed? What would I simply do in this life? The answer is, I would simply be. I forgot so quick that I am pure consciousness having a human experience and love is my nature. How beautiful is that?
The law opened my eyes. It showed me that my inner world can be shaped by me only. And I can shape it with love. It showed me how sacred my imagination is. I can have everything here. I want a new nose? I have it. I want to be confident? I am it. I want to go to Italy? I am in Italy.
You know, there was a time where I didn't even want to imagine the things I wanted. I was getting mad when I read posts where bloggers would say things like "you just have to imagine. You want something, go within and imagine your end." It would stress me so much I can't tell you how mad I would get. But why? Why did I feel this way? Why was I so hopeless and desperate? Let me tell you why, my love: I did not see imagination as reality. But not only that. I imagined to get. I did not see whatever I did or claimed in imagination as the end. I saw it as the start. I saw it as something I have to activate in my mind, and then it would show up in my 3d. Of course I would get mad to imagine what I want! There are two things you have to accept: Consciousness is the only reality and creation is finished. So when you imagine, you are experiencing/having/being it and you are done, that was the end, you have it/ are it now. How does that make you feel? Can you accept that or are you still not okay with that? If not, is it maybe because you are still expecting something when you imagine? Do you still hope to get something?
But what? I've said it before and I say it again: If you want something in the outer world, achieve it with your outer self. Imagination has nothing to do with the outer world. You are not imagining to trigger or activate something to finally experience it in the 3d. Please understand that. You are also not creating, because creation is finished. When you imagine and you have thoughts like "is this possible? I think this is so much. How would that even happen it seems a little unrealistic." then I want to ask you something: What are you doing, my love? Why would it be impossible? Why would it be unrealistic? And why are you thinking about the "how"? "How" what? It's about experiencing!!! It's about feeling what you want to feel and being who you want to be IN IMAGINATION! Put the 3d out of equation, please. You will only suffer. Imagine purely for enjoyment. Nothing else.
This is how you become your own solution. You see something in the 3d you don't like? Do not accept it. You don't have to. Go inwardly and experience your happy end. Just experience it in your imagination. You are not doing, hoping or getting, you just want to feel what you want and that's it. And when it shows up in the 3d (which it will wether you care or not) it will be quite ordinary. Because in imagination, your desire became a fact. You no longer desire. You no longer crave the materialization of that feeling.
Let's say you want to manifest a penthouse. Before you read this post, you probably had doubts manifesting one. You probably worried about the how and when. Maybe you wanted to use imagination as a way to manifest that penthouse into your 3d. But after reading my post, you know that misusing imagination to get the penthouse in the 3d is pointless and focusing on the how and when would only contradict your state. Now, the penthouse on its own has no meaning. If the penthouse had no worth or meaning why would we want one? We want the feelings that come with owning a penthouse. The feeling could be freedom, it could also be wealth or privacy. Or happiness or even responsibility. If you want to use visualization as a method, you could look up for cute pictures of penthouses. It's not really necessary because you imagine for fun not to attract anything so you don't have to visualize every little corner of that penthouse (unless you want it. It's literally your choice. You do what you want to do in your inner world). In this world of imagination, you don't need anything. It's not about making the scenes perfect. It's about fulfilling yourself. Do that by giving yourself all these feelings that you WANT to feel. I want you to take all the meaning and feeling out of that penthouse and fulfill it within. Give it to yourself in imagination. Don't forget who you are, you are god of your inner world. There is nothing you can't have in your inner reality. Every thing in your reality is so small compared to you. So everything that you do in your imagination feels good and when you imagine your penthouse, it would be weird not to feel good. I mean why would you feel bad? You simply enjoy imagining what you want which would be a penthouse in this case.
Okay, let's say you imagined what you want then looked around and asked "well, where is it then? I can't see it! It's not working.". First of all, you are misusing your imaginative power and why would you say that you can't see it? It's not about seeing, my love. It's about feeling and being what you want. And if you are feeling and being who you want to be, then it has worked, because the whole purpose of imagination is to feel fulfilled. Do you see, my love? The 3d has no place in this process, it has no role. By the time your desire has materialized, you have moved on because the penthouse came totally alone, you already took its worth and meaning and fulfilled it within.
This is what we mean when we say to only change self. It's all about you. Remember, nothing in imagination is impossible. It's your safe space, your creative power. If you feel desperate imagining than a) you don't imagine what you want e.g. you imagine negative things that make you feel bad or b) you imagine to get sth in the 3d meaning you're postponing the feeling.
I hope that you slowly get why in imagination, circumstances and problems are nonexistent. I mean, you can still make imagination your own personal hell if you want to but now you know that you don't have to. Looking back, I find it so surreal that as GOD, I chose to make my inner world suffer so much. But if I can decide hell, I can also decide heaven. I can decide love.
And so can you, my love.
There is one pitfall in this community that could literally take your whole joy of living and existing away. When we found out about the law of assumption, we learned the importance of our imagination. Before I knew about the law, imagination was nothing but fiction or fantasy. I wasnât aware of its power. One day, I asked myself: ââIf I didnât know that Imagination creates reality, if I didnât know about the law of assumption at all, would I still have a hard time imagining without feeling like Iâm delusional or lying to myself?ââ No, I would simply imagine. I wouldnât have second thoughts or doubts because why would I? I mean Iâm simply imagining whatever I want, right? But when I joined this community, I started to misuse my imaginative power. All of a sudden, I imagined to change my outer world. I imagined to get something. My whole focus was laying on the outside. How funny is that, to do something inwardly only to change it outwardly?
I know that Iâm not alone on this. I know that there are plenty of souls in this community that fell in the same ââimagine to getââ-trap. But Iâm here to assure you, my love, that you can easily get out of that unhealthy circle. Just like I did. This is kinda going to be a success story, but I feel like telling you also about my failures will prevent you from doing the same, or it will even help you find out, what youâre doing ââwrongââ. Because there is one thing that I can promise you: If you are suffering along your law of assumption journey, youâre doing someting wrong. Please don't get it twisted. It's not about feeling good all the time. It's not about being happy 24/7. It's simply about fulfilling. It's about being content with having it within because you are that powerful. It's about realizing that you don't need to have it on the outside to feel it. How wonderful is that? I mean the feeling is so magical when you apply it correctly. If not, you will suffer just like I did. Maybe you are suffering right now.
In my case, the law got frustrating when I only imagined to get something in the 3d. It made me sick to the point that my life became terrible. I got everything I DID NOT want in the 3d. The things that I wanted for myself became other peoples reality. I thought I was in some sort of psychological thriller playing an unlucky character and God wants to test me along the process. I literally thought that everyone was happy winning in life but me.
I asked myself: Why is life getting worse when I imagine only the best for myself? Why am I experiencing the opposite of what I want? Literally the opposite. Well, I'm telling you what I did wrong: I was wasting my time and energy. I imagined because I was hungry for my desires and left my imagination starving even more. I felt empty after giving myself my desires in imagination. And so l became miserable, jealous, sad and I started to gain weight. My social life wasn't fun as it used to be and I didn't want so see anyone.I couldn't sit alone with myself anymore. I constantly had to stimulate myself with my tv, my phone or ipad. I overconsumed LOA content. I probably have read every LOA post on tumblr. My daydreams became my escape from life (Maladaptive Daydreaming). I was no longer functioning and my life went downhill.
One day, I sat with myself. It was difficult and I couldn't stand it. I was so close to grab my ipad and distract my lazy ass when I asked myself this: Do I sincerely believe in the Law of Assumption? Like at all? Do I really believe that all of this is true? Do I really believe that it's a universal law or do l believe that some people succeed and some don't? Sincerely, NO! I didn't believe in all of this at all! I had zero faith, not even a tiny bit. All the time, I was just desperately hoping. I was like "okay, no way that I get what I want but let's give it a try. I don't even want to try beause I'm sure it won't work but maybe one day my desires will decide to show up in my 3d, so let me imagine to prove myself that all of this actually works." This was such a wrong and harmful approach. It messed up my mental health.
So the answer to all questions was no. At that point I had two options: I'm either going to live my life like I used to before LOA or I'm going to read source properly and understand the law. I chose the last option, because even though I had no faith, I knew I was meant to live my life how I want it. I was meant to become the best version of myself, to get the best looks, to get the wealthy family, to get the best grades and so on. I read Neville and Edward, and I also read posts from tumblr that were really helpful. Aphroditeapprenticee was the one that opened my eyes. After reading her posts, I finally understood the law. It was never about getting, it was about being. Being doesnât mean seeing it with your eyes or touching it with your hands. Itâs not about being it in the 3d. Itâs about Self. Itâs an internal change. You are not doing, getting or hoping, you are only being. Remember how I said somewhere in the beginning of this post that giving my inner self what I want made me bitter? Well, of course thatâs what I feel when I hoped that having it in the 4d means I can also have it in the 3d. I didnât even care about my imagination because the end goal was my physical world. And when I didnât see it in my 3d I was expecting the opposite since what I want hasnât shown up. My love, we canât change the 3d. And it is not our duty to do so. It never was. Manifesting was never about the outer world. If you want something in the outer world, than change it with your outer self. You want to lose weight? Okay than go to the gym and eat healthy food. You want to become rich? Study hard, find a high paying job and get that bag. You want a relationship? Ask somebody out. You want to become the best version of yourself? Than work step by step towards that version.
But I didnât want it this way. I did not want to work so hard for my desires. I didnât want to study hard. I wanted to be so smart, that I donât have to study at all. I wanted to be naturally intelligent. I wanted an old money lifestyle but I didnât want to work for years only to live that lifestyle when Iâm old.
Do you understand, I wanted it all now. And who can have all of it at this exact time? Your I AM, your inner self, the one inside you, living in imagination. Because your true self lives in the world of imagination (and stays there!!), it can have anything. Imagination is unconditional. What changed everything for me was looking at imagination from this perspective: We know consciousness/imagination is the only reality, right? We know that 4d=3d. But I got everything I wanted when I said to my self that my 4d is not my 3d. Please bear with me I know it sounds confusing and you donât have to do it like me but seeing my imagination as a place that doesnât reflect, stopped me from imagining to get something in the 3d. When I imagined, I did it just to feel good. I saw my inner world as one reality in which Iâm god (which is actually true) and then there was my outer world, also a reality on its own. And since Iâm god in my inner world, I could give myself anything I wanted there. I felt so fulfilled because my focus was on being the person I want to be in consciousness. I shamelessly lived in my imagination which was so easy since I no longer believed that 3d reflects 4d. I didnât have to wait, I didnt have to hope, because in imagination, everything just is. The burden to change the 3d was completely gone. I was simply imagining to fulfill my hearts desires. I did not expect anything.
Donât worry. Imagination still creates reality wether Iâm believing it or not. Itâs an unchangeable fact. But for me, it was easier when I lived by the analogy that my 3d does not reflect my 4d because now, there is nothing to achieve. I no longer used my imagination as a tool to get something, I recognized it as my only true reality. I indentified with my inner self who lives there and gave myself everything I wanted. What happened after that? It showed up in my 3d. From now on, my only priority is to fulfill the inner man. Consciousness is the only reality. It is not a tool to get something, it is the end!
Very important note: I donât want to cause any separation. I know Iâm talking about 3d/4d but itâs all consciousness. When you identify with your inner being, you are not creating a second self or an alter ego. You are identifying with your true self. The Self, that has been there since you were born. When you are fulfilling the inner self, put the 3d out of equation okay my love? The materialization is just a bonus. Itâs nothing more. The cause lies in Consciousness. To really accept my Imagination as the only reality, I had to mentally block out the fact that it reflects on the outside because my focus would have been purely on the outside. You donât have to do that. The only thing I want you to take with yourself is this: Imagination is not a tool, it is reality. You are not doing to get something on the outside, you fulfill within and thatâs it.
Itâs not: I want money -> I grant my wish in imagination -> somewhere in the 3d it will show up (state of waiting) â
Itâs: I want money -> I grant my wish in imagination -> Iâm fulfilled thatâs the end congratsâ
Itâs that easy because you are not creating anything, you are not changing the outside. The outside cannot be changed. You are changing Self and Self is not bound to objects. Self does not need proof or confirmation.
What would be the end feeling of what you want? The final? The happy end? The "end goal feeling" as I love to call it.

your state is what manifests, not your thoughts.
this has become a very inflammatory sentence for some, but it shouldn't be scary. states simplify manifestation, it doesn't complicate it.
at the beginning of my loa journey, i would affirm alllll day long. while watching tv, while reading, while hanging out with my friends. and by the logic of "your dominant thoughts manifest," i should've gotten my manifestations after only a few days of that. but i didn't, because dominant thoughts aren't what manifests, it's your state that manifests.
you are not a state. you are I Am, and you enter in and out of states all day long. there is an infinite number of states, and no one experiences states the same way. so even if two people are manifesting the same thing (for example, money), the State of Being Rich will probably look different for both of them. so there's really no one specific way a state should look/feel!
because there are an infinite number of states you can occupy, right now you have the power to be rich, just as much as you have the power to be poor. it is just as easy to occupy the state of being rich as it is the state of being poor. you are both of these things, and you know that you are both of these things because you can imagine being both of these things, and everything stems from your imagination.
the state that you consistently go to, also known as your dwelling state, is the state that manifests into your 3d reality.
you switch states simply by intending to. the second you want to switch states, you do. in order to maintain this new state, you can use a technique such as affirming, scripting, or visualizing.
let's talk about affirming.
affirming is a TECHNIQUE. some people argue that since affirmations are just thoughts, you can never stop affirming and should be monitoring your thoughts all day long. i do not agree with this.
your thoughts do not manifest. it's why i spent my time from summer 2020-summer 2021 affirming on a constant loop 24/7 that i was in a relationship with my [old] sp, and it never manifested. it's why when you get intrusive thoughts they don't manifest. it's why--even tho every time you go to the bathroom you check behind the shower curtain in case something's there--nothing ever is. it's also why you were able to manifest something by thinking you wanted it once.
you do not need to "create new neural pathways" or think in your favor 24/7. your negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of your desired state, and you can instantly correct this by shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. you don't even need to flip the thought. your thoughts have no power, unless you give them power by allowing them to let you wallow in the state of lack.
all that being said, affirmations can help you maintain your desired state. i say maintain, because getting into the state is instant, and requires no technique. however, there is such thing as affirming from lack.
what is affirming from lack? it's affirming to get what you want. it's affirming from a state of not having your desire. it's the same as thinking of your desire, instead of thinking from your desire.
a few months ago, the 10k challenge was going around. it was marketed as a fool-proof way to get your manifestation, because all you had to do was "affirm 10k times to create a new neural pathway which created an assumption." yet so many people affirmed 10k+ times and still didn't get their desire. why? because they were affirming from lack.
quality > quantity. you can affirm 10k times and not get your desire, because you weren't in your desire state. you can affirm once and get your desire, because you were in the state.
so how do you not affirm from lack?
an easy way is to pay attention to your affirmations. mindless affirming is out! this shouldn't be a scary thing to hear, because as we discussed, there's no need for you to affirm 5 million times in order to reach some imaginary quota, because your thoughts don't manifest.
affirm with purpose! create an affirmation that implies you already have your desire, and repeat it with the purpose of conjuring the feeling of knowing. the feeling of knowing may feel like calm, peace, relief, contentment, or even excitement. when Neville Goddard said "feeling is the secret," this is the feeling he was talking about, NOT emotions.
if your affirmations are making you feel anxious, this can indicate one of two things:
affirming is not the technique for you (which is OKAY!!)
you're affirming to get
"affirming to get" is a big debate as well. yes, you are manifesting your desire because you want to get it in your 3D. but in order to get it in your 3D, you must change your 4D first. so you should be using techniques such as affirming in order to change your 4D, knowing that if you change your 4D, your 3D will follow. there is no one to change but self.
if affirming is not the technique for you, there is always visualizing, scripting, vaunting, etc.
also the distraction technique, my fav way to get into the state of the wish fulfilled! hehe

you should still be persisting in the fact that you already have your desire. you persist by consistently shifting back to your desired state, no matter what you see in the 3D.
reacting to the 3D, like negative thoughts, is an indicator that you have slipped from your desired state.
it can be very beneficial for you to have self-soothing tactics to use in case your 3D causes you to spiral or makes you anxious. these can include eft tapping, breathing exercises, etc.
your 3D is malleable. if you see something in your 3D that you don't like, you can change it. your 3D is simply a reflection of your dwelling state. if you don't see what you want in your 3D, let it serve as a reminder to shift your state back to your desired state. once again, you change your 4D to change your 3D. there is no one to change but self.
question: if you can affirm to get into a state, doesn't that mean your thoughts create your state and that your thoughts technically manifest?
answer: WRONG! like i've mentioned earlier in this post, you enter a state by intention. affirming can help you maintain the state, but your thoughts do not create your state. your state creates your thoughts. every state has thoughts that correspond with it, which is why can manufacture affirmations that imply you already have your desire and repeat them to conjure the feeling of knowing. it's also why negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of the state.
question: isn't that the same as someone saying "just assume?"
answer: NO! there are techniques to help you maintain the state. yes entering a state is instant, but there are techniques for you to use to stay in it.
question: are states ableist?
answer: NO!!!! this is something that people are saying on loatwt in order to villainize the people who teach states, and it's frankly disgusting. ANYONE can get into a state, even if they are neurodivergent! you are always in a state! you're in a state right now. i am neurodivergent, as are most of my friends that are states enthusiasts, and it has helped all of us to manifest our desires without driving ourselves to mental exhaustion by affirming 24/7.
question: how long do i have to stay in the wish fulfilled?
answer: it's not so much about how long you stay in the state, it's about frequency. no, not frequency as the law of attraction vibration bullshit, but how often you go back to the state. if you think about your desire 15 times a day, you should shift back into the state 15 times that day. if you think about your desire 5 times, then you should shift back into the state 5 times that day.

because the only thing that matters is within. if the only thing that matters is within, it doesn't matter what you think about the outside. you don't have to delude yourself and people around you into believing you have something when you don't. you don't have to convince yourself you have it on the outside. you don't have to escape from the reality you are in.
but you have to accept that you have it within. and because you have it within, you are able to feel like you have it. internal is the only thing that matters.

i was in a depressing situation a couple of years ago and it was always stuck with me; it was me in bed, in the darkness. empty packets of crisps surrounding me. the curtains was my guardian angel as it blocked any particle of sunlight. i didnât attempt to get up, i didnât attempt to do anything.
magically a tiny part of my curtain opened (im guessing it was because of my sister slamming my door shut which then shook the curtains), the tiniest uncovered part was able to instantly allow the sunlight gorge itself onto my bedroom. covering every inch of it; my lampshade, my bed, my wardrobe, my desk. I slowly got up and looked out to see the trees, the sun, the flowers of all kinds intertwined into one lavish garden. the beauty of nature always has itâs heart beating somehow. itâs infinite and eternal.
I think the reason i chose to stay in my sadness was because i felt unworthy and scared. whenever a sliver of happiness entered my life i questioned it. what have i done to deserve this? whenever i was happy a feeling lingered like a strange stench that just wouldnât retire.
i knew that this happiness i was experiencing right now wouldnât last long and i was right- it didnât last long.
soon enough i found myself in bed, in the darkness with even more empty packets of crisps surrounding me. the curtains as my guardian angel since it did itâs duty of blocking any particle of sunlight. no attempt to get up.
i put myself in unfulfilling situations because taking the risk of being happy & fulfilled felt too far-fetched and unattainable. what if i took the risk and have 0 success?
what if i end up failing miserably?
that was the thought that kept reappearing in my mind and that was the thought that kept me imprisoned in life.
until i deliberately opened my curtain just to peer out the window and see children laughing and dancing with their parents as their car radio blasts out their favourite songs. the sun igniting itself and pouring itâs radiant yellow onto the plants below.
and in that moment i thought: who is actually stopping me from becoming who i want to be? and if i failâŠ.so what? i can only try & try again. somehow, someday iâll be happy i never gave up on myself.

A couple of years ago I had an unofficial cat noir ring that was really good quality in comparison to the official merch (gem instead of painted on paw print, metal instead of plastic, custom engraving) but the original listing was taken down for copyright violation.
I lost my original ring and I really wanted another one so I robotically affirmed while scrolling through Etsy and I found the exact ring being sold by a different seller.
