A higher perspective, a sobering expanse of visual space, a breadth of fresh air and view, soothing red lights of the dusk from #telegraphhill . The climb is worth the prize

According to @hubermanlab the view of a far and open horizon during the times of dawn and dusk is a powerful natural method for balancing the nervous system

we were coming out of the coliseum theatre across the street and look who we walked into! might've gotten a little bit of a heart attack ngl🫠
I had a great time the other night at the RAs’ Leon Spilleart exhibition, this was a new artist to me and one I really like.
Loved the use of multiple media used in one picture and the gothic dark tones, these could have been done recently but areover 100 years ago. This is well worth a visit to the RA for, go check it out...
Had a nice day in London, rowed upto the Christo installation (accidentally hit with boat... and dug up and bottle/jar in the woods, whilst dog walking, which was dated 1792!!!

St Pancras International Station, May 28 - November 2, 2015
Cornelia Parker’s work, One More Time, in 2015, was a working replica of the station’s DENT London clock. Reversed out in black and silver, it became reminiscent of a photographic negative. The black clock was suspended 16 metres in front of the original, so for those alighting from the trains the original face will gradually appear eclipsed.
One More Time was conceived to invoke meditative thoughts on the passage of time, life and mortality: “The clock is the most conscious focus of a railway station, a dominant force. Everyone is watching the clock, checking if they are late.
