This is the magic formula, just keep at it, trust me………. Exercise is the main ingredient, you have to go in so no 30 mins in the gym………that will not activate and build those muscles. I started with 1 hours 3-4 times a week now I workout for 3-4 hours at least 3 times a week. I’ve only been in the gym for 3 months but every month I bring up the intensity and I am slowly seeing the changes. I make my own natural protein shakes with oats, bananas, sweetened milk and other things. I also take maca root and seek out exercise routines for women’s weight gain. You have the magic hour for you to ignore, that special time after your workout where your fat burning powers are in overdrive, that sacred time the losers (weight losers) treasure.
