don't do overconsumption of the info. here everyone have their own methods and way it's your own journey do what you feel like to do instead getting affected by every new audio or method and switching up instantly hoping this would work, don't give them the powers and don't forget that in the end you are the creator of your reality!!

THE VOID IS WITHIN YOU, you aren't going outside of your body to space or some magical place you are just going deep inside within you and being your truest form you already have it inside you it's not going anywhere, you can be in your void state anytime or anywhere :))

so some loa bloggers said that you get to experience your manifestation instantly in 4D but the human eyes take time to show in 3D but isn't it just an another assumption??

why not start accepting that, after fulfilling yourself completely in 4D that's just knowing you already have it, you instantly get to experience it in your 3D too or in whatever specific time you want it to show up :)

GUYS!!!!! I DID IT!! I PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER, AND I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT MANIFESTING IS AND HOW TO DO IT NOW!!!!!!!

Ehem. Sorry. I'm very excited at the moment. Without further Ado, here is my epiphany from today!! As always, these are just my personal opinions, so take what resonates and leave the rest ❤️

The 4D is one part of reality. That is to say, imagination is an entire half of our experience. The other half of our experience is, of course, the physical reality, or 3D. This makes up one portion of US; I call it our awareness, and it is also called our consciousness. The other part of us is the part that remembers everything, known as the subconscious mind in the community.

The subconscious mind is often referred to as the creator of our reality, and in reality the subconscious mind is just as much a part of us as our imagination and our actual physical reality. Basically, the subconscious is our god state, higher self, etc. When we access it directly, we get into the void state, where we are pure consciousness, with no awareness.

So okay, we are consciousness and the subconscious, but what does that MEAN? The answer is so simple, and it's something repeated time and time again: you create your reality ENTIRELY. Every single thing (and this includes bad things like trauma, more on that in a sec) is created by your mind, because you aren't just awareness, you are also reality itself. The subconscious mind is everything and nothing (the void). It remembers everything but sees nothing, instead it reflects what happens in your mind onto the outside experience. Meanwhile, the conscious mind is the one that feeds the subconscious its information; it is the part that actually thinks. This is why changing your thoughts or your imagination or affirming or scripting WORKS. It's because you are BOTH the creator AND the creation.

Basically, our perception of reality and our perception of our thoughts is one part of us as a whole being. The other half of us is reality itself, every single possibility, waiting for us to tell us what is true so it can create that experience. That is why we can manifest. It also explains eiypo, because everyone and everything IS you: reality is literally created by your thoughts.

Okay, now onto explain why bad things aren't your fault, but first we need to understand that our mind tries to protect us from fully realizing our potential. Even as babies we were master manifestors, and as children we are better at manifesting because we have less limiting beliefs, so our mind needs to create barriers to protect us, because otherwise we would create our realities and possibly get hurt. Also, what child is ready to realize the responsibility that comes with this?

So, the mind plays a clever little trick on us, and separates our conscious and our subconscious minds, thus creating the effect of reality being your thoughts filtered by your EGO, which is basically you but without the knowledge that you are literally the creator of everything.

The good news is, you can TOTALLY bypass this whole thing by purposely affirming and ignoring what your senses are telling you. The subconscious mind is separated from your awareness, so it only has your neuron pathways to go by (basically the pathways created by your consistent thoughts), and it takes the information from those pathways and converts it into reality. Most of the time, reality is fixed, because most people don't know that they can control it, but once you find out how to, you can create these same pathways by just believing in something.

I like to refer to reality as being an elaborate scheme by your brain to make you not realize you're a god lmao.

So basically, until you learn to control it, this process of manifestation is controlled by the ego, and not by you directly. Because of this, you manifested/ created your trauma, along with everything else, but it is NEVER your fault that bad things happen until you FULLY realize your highest self, at which point you will have total control over your reality.

So how do you realize your highest self? It's really easy really! Just think how you normally do AS YOUR GOD SELF. Know that you have everything you want, because you are EVERY possibility, reality, circumstance, person, etc. Everything is you, everything comes from you, and nothing will ever stop that, so use it wisely.

Did I explain this well enough? It's kinda all over the place but I REALLY hope it makes sense because this is literally my thoughts in the god state. Good luck everyone!!

REMINDER FOR ME :))

to tap into the void you just need to relax have faith and set the intention that's it, have faith that you surely will tap to the void you don't need to listen to any audio or do scripting or even affirming, no lullaby or sleep paralysis method, staying still or anything if you don't want to do than don't do what you are comfortable doing just cause smth worked for other doesn't mean it have to unless you assume it

just relax, have faith and set intention that's what you need to tap into the void

remember void is just a deep meditative state and you have ability to tap into it just like how you sleep or breath lol so dw about it too much ok

(re) introduction

hello! though i believe as of right now most of you have migrated over to this account from shifttok (thank you!! so excited for this community we already have) i wanted to give you & anyone new to my shifting journey a refresh on my history with shifting/shifttok as well as discuss this new chapter which i can’t wait to begin! <3

about me:

my name is ati, i’m 22, use she/her and i’m from california.

i first learned about shifting through tiktok in october 2020 (pre-college, and now i’ve graduated, which is crazy). i had known about manifestation for longer than that, started doing research in 2019 and successfully manifested multiple things into my reality.

i began my shifttok account in 2021, and for a couple years really enjoyed discussing my shifting attempts and thoughts and desired realities. however, in 2023, without actively realizing it my shifting motivation/desire to shift left. it became a nebulous thing again instead of something i believed i could actually do. my life got a lot busier and shifting left my list of priorities. in 2024 i wanted to continue working not only towards shifting but on my spirituality and connection to myself & the universe but never made genuine effort. in 2025 i’d really like to change that.

i decided last year i would no longer be sharing my shifting journey on tiktok. though i’m incredibly grateful to shifttok and the community i’ve found on there, it’s no longer a place where i want share something that feels very deeply personal. the strange ban situation has only reinforced that.

while i’m still very happy to share my life and interests on tiktok and youtube, shifting is something i’m holding closer to my chest from now on. i’m a writer—it was my major, and it’s my desired career—and tumblr/blogging feels like the perfect avenue to reconnect with shifting.

what’s next:

i have not genuinely attempted to shift in a long, long time. it’s become a half-hearted desire rather than something i’m committed to. i’m changing that!

i have still been successfully manifesting but want to form a deeper connection with my spirituality through research and practice.

however, i’ve never been great at keeping my interests separate, so you won’t only be seeing shifting/manifestation content on this blog. i love to read & write & fangirl about the things i enjoy, so you’ll definitely be seeing all that too <3

my experiences so far:

my most solid experience comes earlier on in my journey 9/20/21, when my wake up scenario involved ginny weasley touching my shoulder and i felt a hand grip my shoulder (woke up immediately alone in my room) and freaked out so bad i changed my scenario. was very exciting though!

felt wind/breezes on my body and face multiple times when i was firmly under the covers, fan off, window closed.

i have smelled my scripted scents for my dr about 10-15 times: firewood when i visualize my dorm room, chocolate and male cologne when i visualize waking up on the train. (the male cologne was especially wild seeing as i lived in a studio apartment at the time that had definitely not seen the presence of a man 😭)

many lucid dreams that have as of now stopped, though i made multiple attempts in the dreams to create portals that led me to experience what tiktok termed shifting “symptoms” (falling, spinning)

too many asked for and fulfilled signs from the universe to count, including one that happened just a couple weeks ago (seeing a barn owl in person, very very rare for me, which i asked the universe for as a sign in 2021).

my dr’s:

my first and oldest dr, though it’s gone through many changes! my desire for this dr got a bit oversaturated, but it holds a special place and is definitely somewhere i still want to go.

𖤓 DC, gotham city, batfamily

the second script i ever made and one that is by now equal with my golden trio dr. i’m a big batman fan and this one is more often than not nowadays the one i’m focused on shifting to.

𖤓 percy jackson, arcane, voltron

these ones don’t stick in my brain the way my first two do, and i’ve never tried shifting to any of them, though i want to!

questions/topics i hope to explore:

there’s definitely a disconnect between how i view manifestation and how i view shifting that i’m trying to bridge. even though i’ve applied my successful manifestation techniques to shifting, something doesn’t seem to make sense in my subconscious.

i have a massive fear of being out of control, both physically and mentally. i won’t strap myself in to a rollercoaster and i won’t even smoke because the sensation that i am not fully in control of my body/mind causes me immense panic even if it’s not outwardly true. it’s why i stop so many of my shifting attempts and why lucid dreaming has offered me the most success. i’m trying to get over this and embrace letting go/releasing myself to what’s happening. trying to let go of self sabotage as a whole, honestly.

MEDITATION !!! i had a great run with it but have not experienced a truly peaceful mediative session in a looong time.

research on quantum jumping and scientific perspectives on the multiverse. i personally am not too bothered on defining what shifting is—whether it’s contained to your consciousness or traveling the multiverse—but i love research and am eager to learn more about it.

My net for tdy was around 1.2k cals SO PATHETIC I mean it’s way under maintenance but still,anyways I started my fast at 6 and plan to fast 20 hrs then my intake will be around 500-800 I’m also going on a 2 hr walk tmr SO LOCKING IN also gonna post daily wieiads to hold pig ahh acccountable

Breh so I was supposed to lock in tdy but I only fasted 15 hrs cus my dad gave me food and stayed untill I took a bite 🙄 then I had some fruit pretty low cal but then my friend made me have some of her milkshake and fries I mean I didn’t binge but still ig I’ll fully lock in tmr

Some 4na rules to keep me in check!

No eating after 8 pm

Fast a minimum of 16-20 hours daily

One snack per day(if I have one)

Keep meals under 400 cals

Have a daily intake no higher than 800 cals

Workout a minimum of 4x a week

Prioritize fiber and protein

Try to walk 10,000 steps a day

Prioritize healthy foods

If you have a high cal big meal take only 5 bites

Drink water before and after you eat and between every bite

Play more badminton

Do major-related courses/workshops/internships

Learn basic cooking
