just some headcanons. also i didn’t cross-reference this with canon timelines at all. anyway my favorite is early 30s hanzo on his 4th year of mental crisis after killing his brother

so i was rewatching 22 jump street and i just oops

honestly i’ll just take any excuse to draw hanzo tiredly ascending

I decided to make an artwork to show you guys my art process! If you were interested 😅 (Feat. Mchanzo!)

These are my steps!:

1. Find a reference (cuz I suck at drawing bases like other talented artists)

2. Sketch out the basic shape of the peoplez

3. Sketch in details of your people :3

4. LINEARTTTT! I use different colors because I don't like using straight black anymore.

5. Base colors

6. SOFT SHADING MY FAV PART!!

7. Shell shading that matches the color of the lineart.

8. Other details (like the dark shadow over them and the blue shine from Mcree's robo arm)

And dats it! :3
