I have a question about Hob's last dream that we see in the Sandman comics... can it be interpreted as an intentional loose end with more story potentially hidden in it's depths, or was the dream meant to mainly be symbolic?
This is Sandman. I'm not sure any dreams in it are symbolic, or at any rate none of them are only symbolic. Dreams in Sandman are where the stories are.
