Per Tommy Arnold's email list, there is going to be a drop of prints of his Murderbot artwork this coming Friday (May 16, 2025). You can sign up to his mailing list on his website to be notified when the orders go live.
Tommy Arnold created the covers and insert illustrations for Subterranean Press' special editions of The Murderbot Diaries and Network Effect. Additionally, he recently has been involved with the Apple TV show as a costume designer, notably for the SecUnit armor.
I haven't seen anyone else post about this in the tag or in any communities yet, but every once in a while I see folks bummed about missing his last drop when Network Effect first released. He only does limited releases, so this is your chance if the art strike's your fancy!

Hey hey everybody!
We are one week out from the premiere of Murderbot on Apple TV+, and I have to admit: I'm getting pretty excited. It was such a privilege to be asked to help bring this show to life visually, and I've been hankering to see what all our effort would come to. So many skilled and wonderful people put their hearts into this!
In celebration, a new timed edition featuring 5 pieces from Subterranean Press' The Murderbot Diaries and Network Effect will be available for 72 hours (throughout release weekend). The following prints will be available from 3:00 pm EST on May 16th, until 3:00 pm EST on May 19th:

I am so excited! I just received a commissioned drawing of me (which started out as a MB comfortunit, but totally ended up with me as a Firefly/Serenity Companion)! I'm going to have her printed on watercolor poster paper & framed for my parlor. I used to be a dancer, and she really looks like me! Well, if I wore makeup any more.

Murderbot Is ‘More Relatable Than Most Characters I’ve Played’, Says Alexander Skarsgård via Empire

Alexander Skarsgård has played all kinds of roles over the years. He’s been a centuries-old vampire; a vengeful viking; a writer having a very, very bad holiday. But nothing has quite spoken to him like his latest role: Murderbot, in Murderbot. He’s taking on the lead role in Apple TV+’s adaptation of Martha Wells’ The Murderbot Diaries novels, playing a security cyborg who – to its own inconvenience – starts to relate more and more to humanity, whilst deriding our mortal foibles.
“Ironically, I found Murderbot more relatable than most characters I’ve ever played,” Skarsgård tells Empire in a major new career-spanning interview – particularly as a character who’s always on the outside, looking in on the rest of society. “There’s a social awkwardness, or just trying to figure out how to fit into a group,” he says.
While the story of Murderbot – created for TV by Chris and Paul Weitz – unfolds in a sci-fi milieu, there’s a comedic element too, through Murderbot’s detached view of the world. “It’s not interested in humans, humans are idiots,” says Skarsgård. “It’s kind of appalled by them, and it’s been treated horribly by all its clients up until this moment. But then it ends up on this weird planet with this weird group of humans that are outside the corporate system, and they don’t believe in indentured servitude, they want to talk to Murderbot and invite Murderbot in, instead of storing it in the tool shed, like other clients have done, and that freaks Murderbot out.” Maybe we’re all a bit Murderbot – get ready for the most relatable show of 2025.

Murderbot can now be found and added to Up Next in AppleTV+ or on Apple TV by using the search tool! This allows it to be in the view list as soon as the episodes drop on 5/16.
Eric LaRue is also available now as a purchase movie from Apple with a pre-release price of $16.99 and is available for viewing on 4/11, one week after the theater launch tomorrow.
Ok, early last year, I was down a rabbit hole in iTunes, looking for Alexander Skarsgard's personal playlist (s), and I came across an album called "Red Danger" by a digital artist called "The Alex Digital Project". On further review, all albums by this artist were compiled, completed and loaded to Apple iTunes during the weeks that Murderbot was in production/filming in Canada (March thru May, 2024)for Apple TV+. The music is all digital & sounds like maybe background music for (oh, i don't know...) Murderbot, maybe? His IG account was RexDanger before it was taken down, and most of the singles that I found have titles that could work very well in Murderbot episodes. Take a look & listen for yourselves!
